Booked Pullman Jing An for a really last minute business trip and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is centrally located in the Jing An district, so it is easy getting a didi and getting around Shanghai City. The check in staffs are nice, accommodating and gave me an upgrade :) The hotel breakfast is really great as well. Would definitely come back if I am travelling to Shanghai again in the future.

We had a little family reunion during Sep holiday, I booked this hotel for the first time and I am glad I did so! The service absolutely exceeded my expectations. Zhou Kang Kuo and the front desk team were super helpful. There was always someone who spoke English well, and was willing to help you in any way they could. Rooms were large, clean, and reasonably renovated. I booked two rooms, one for my brother and his wife, the other one for myself. We arrived separately with an hour gap. When I arrived, since they didnt have a room in the same floor as my brother and his wife, they upgraded my room to a suite, so we can have a place to hangout. It was really thoughtful, and since we ended up spending a lot of time in the hotel due to the typhoon, it made the stay more pleasant. I also like the hotel location, central and accessible, yet not too crowded like People Square and such. I will definitely book again with this hotel!

Definitely will stay in Pullman Shanghai South again. The bed is comfortable and very convenient location. Most important the hotel's customer service was first class, David was very friendly and approachable. He helped organised taxi services and gave lots of information to help make this trip a success.

Hotel is in good value , reception staff supper rude to chinese passport holder . However My assistants are foreigners , they all been treated very well . My room bill should be 1900 RMB but when I check in they charge 2200 and said they need 3000 RMB for deposit of my room . My assistant is foreigner , reception only asked them to pay 500 RMB . Why ? You are racist to your own people ? Why you have to treat chinese much worse than foreigners? Breakfast is good Hotel has pillow menu but when I ordered feather pillow menu and feather duvet , they sent me old heavy blankets and stiff pillow . They told me they don’t have feather duvet and pillow . So why you have the menu there ??? 前台小姐每个都态度恶劣, 我助理是外国人, 他们只对外国人友好, 总体服务质量差。 早餐不错
