I have been in China for seven years. I have seen the changes, and I have to say that I can greatly appreciate what Hyatt is doing for Westerners right now. I had a truly exceptional stay with them! They were always people who spoke English. The breakfast was especially welcome, as it included an incredible croissant and cheese. It sounds silly, but cheese is not available as frequently these days. If you are reading this in English, it’s likely he could appreciate a place that understands that experience.
