A very nice and unique hotel in Shanghai. Location is perfect, with lots of eateries around. Beddings are comfortable. There seem a lot of events abd weddings going everyday. So it might be a little bit touristy inside the hotel. NEVERTHELESS enjoyed my stay here. Got to feel the nature in the centre of Shanghai

I had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Tommy Ma handled my check-in and was incredibly friendly and hospitable. His top-notch customer service really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again during my future visits. The entire staff provided five-star service that made my trip remarkable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for travelers looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Selected the hotel as a trip.com diamond member and was offered to be given the benefit of accessing the hotel lounge which turned out to be a disappointment as the so called happy hour had nothing much except a couple of plates of snacks and some drinks. The lounge service is pretty ordinary, staff there were kind of so bored standing round. This is a total gimmick from both the hotel and Trip.com . However, the breakfast was good with a nice range of selections and decent service. Overall, the hotel amenities are starting to look dated and tired and the pool was tiny with the surrounding facilities look also a bit shabby. The 5 star status remain to be challenged.

Could see the hotel's basically remants of some classy types in the past (the building and bathroom etc.) but not sure re value for money/friendlieness, was given a room on the first floor (cathay gardens, or the low south building) with view completely blocked by walls. Staff in reception/cafeteria all very businesslike. To be fair it might have felt a harsh contrast coz visited after disneyland. Still, would try tower or other nearby hotels if visiting shanghai next time

I booked a deluxe double room. The room I stayed in was not big. It is understandable that land is very expensive in Shanghai. The location of the hotel is very good. It is convenient to go everywhere. The lobby is not big but clean and tidy. The bathroom and bathroom in the room are okay. It is equipped with a smart toilet. The hot water has great pressure and temperature all day long. There is no peculiar smell in the bathroom, but there are some small flying insects. The air conditioning is very powerful, and the view outside the window is also good. I stayed for four nights and felt no noise. I had a good rest. The front desk staff was kind. I didn't expect that breakfast was McDonald's and there was laundry and drying services. The late check-out service was a bit reluctant, but we still delayed check-out until 2pm.

In front of the hotel have a building full of good restaurant, one of them sell fish hotpot, one of the best thing we ate at shanghai, but it is not cheap at all, it is expensive. Rooms looking all good, smell good, and spacious. However the laundry or laundry service is super expensive, (EX) about 10-15$ for a tshirt. You should wash it by yourself in the sink instead. All cleaning ladies are very nice, helping services available 24/7 pretty helpful.

This hotel was a great find! This was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in while living in Asia. Walking distance between two subway stations and in an area with a large array of restaurants and shops, the location is great. The staff was welcoming and spoke English. Although they follow city laws and don’t put some of the amenities in rooms any more, they are available for taking in the lobby. Unfortunately, there was hair on the floor and towels, thus the reason for the low score in cleanliness. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay here again next time I’m in Shanghai.

I like this B&B very much. The projection quality is very good, the high-definition large screen is warm and comfortable overall. There are many green plants and decorative dolls in the room. It is very clean. The two beds are very spacious and the bedding is comfortable and relieves fatigue. The landlord's housekeeper was also very considerate and introduced us to delicious and fun places in the surrounding area. At the entrance of the community is an Internet celebrity coffee shop ops that always has a queue. I really like Caturron Punch. The house is located in the city center. The place is quite nice. Everything is new and in good condition. There are some minor things like scratches on the walls and the floor wasn’t quite clean I would say, but overall it’s much better than most places. They could put some useful things in the rooms, like shoehorns, or bottle openers, and it would be just great. I mean, you put a sex box in the room, but you didn’t think about simple things like a bottle opener?😂 There’s a kettle as well, but not even a couple of tea bags. Also, there’s no fridge or safe in the room, which is kind of inconvenient. And please please please wash the windows! The view from our room was really good, but it was spoiled by a horribly dirty window.
