Nice suite for a quiet & restful stay in Zhujiajiao. Close to the city & subway. Enjoyable environment. The hotel itself lacks service for a 5 star hotel: few space for breakfast - don’t come before 9h30 am, no room service besides the room service list, no real restaurant - for food, take kuaidi, no convenience store. Difficult to manage communication in English. Ambient temperature was 13.5 deg C in the room when we arrived ; managed to bring it to normal indoor temperature on the 2nd day. Extra bed was an old convertible sofa. Our daughter slept on the floor which was more comfortable. Overall ok but not up to the level for such hotel type.

Had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival trip to Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao, we spent most of our time in the hotel, it is so peaceful, the service is impeccable, everyone is sincere and went out of their way for us. Especially Alisa our butler, she followed up on us throughout our stay, and even on her day off to make sure we were happy. Joann from housekeeping was also great, as she made sure we had everything we need in our room. Love the sweet soup they served at 5 pm everyday 😀Definitely will come back, because of this experience will visit the other 3 Ahn Luh Resorts in China

Really comfortable stay. Room was clean and well equipped (added perk of a bathtub :) ). It had a small balcony with a nice view. Breakfast had a huge spread of Chinese and Western options and was awesome. A special word of praise for the maintenance staff who helped with retrieving a charging wire (which I'd dropped behind the TV unit). Overall, great experience. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and one living room, and overall I was quite satisfied. It's relatively new, quite clean, and decorated with cultural heritage. The living room has a coffee table, bookshelves, calligraphy and paintings. Although I don’t have time to read, I feel comfortable reading it. Customer service Xiao Gao is very enthusiastic and polite. Microwaves can heat up takeaways, which is great for sub-zero weather. The trip was great. Areas that need improvement: I don’t know whether it’s because the weather is too cold or the air conditioner is not powerful enough, but the heating stops from time to time while sleeping. Fortunately, the quilt is thicker and quite warm. The bathroom is relatively small and the room is large. In fact, the bathroom can be expanded by one square meter, otherwise it will feel crowded even when washing your face. The quality of the quilt cover is relatively good and the quilt feels quite comfortable. The white bedding looks quite comfortable. Not as fancy as the last one.

The shop owner is very enthusiastic. The overall environment of the B&B is very good. I am very satisfied with everything else. However, the sliding door I stayed in this time really feels a little lacking in security. The door gap is a little big, and you can see a little inside the house through the gap. Order outside. Fortunately, there is an electronic lock downstairs. I will consider other room types next time, not sliding doors. The store staff is very patient and enthusiastic, which is great!

I needed to come to Zhujiajiao for work. I stayed for one night and read a lot of reviews of homestays. I chose Xiaoxiwu. It is really better to meet. Meeting is better than being famous. The room is clean and tidy. There are everything you need for daily necessities. Open the door is the big garden. Breath fresh air in the morning. The spirit of the day is better. There is a tea table in the living room, which is very simple. It seems that the proprietress is very good at designing. The overall feeling is very comfortable, and the beautiful proprietress is warm and hospitable. Unconsciously, everyone has become friends. I really want to come again!

The venue was extremely clean and cozy, perfect for a couples weekend away. The room had beautiful design and a very nice terrace with outdoor seating and view. Just minutes walk to the center of the ancient town where you can find delicious Tibetan food and also cute coffee shops with river views. The landlord was very helpful and allowed us to checkin on our own because we arrived at the location before him. He recommended a lovely restaurant with view for dinner and a 100 year old restaurant for breakfast the next day. We tried both and were delighted. We are looking forward to returning to the same place again during the warmer months when we can take advantage of the terrace . I would recommend this place to stay to anyone who was interested in visiting Zhujiajiao.

Because Shuangjie wanted to bring the baby and the elderly in the family to Zhujiajiao for a 2-day tour, I accidentally saw this homestay and booked it. We have a total of 6 big and 1 small. Booked a whole homestay with a total of three rooms. The proprietress was super enthusiastic, informed the parking route in advance, and personally picked us up to the hotel. I also shared the guide with me ～ recommended to eat and play ～ that night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, and prepared local dishes to send to us to eat! It was the proprietress’ mother who cooked it herself, and the taste was super good! The homestay is very convenient to the ancient town ～ is in the ancient town. When we checked out the next day, we also sent us the elderly and babies with inconvenient legs and feet to wait for us to drive outside the ancient town. The service was really in place! Very satisfied with this short trip ^_^

The location of the homestay is good. Donghu Street is dominated by local residents. There are no shops and it is relatively quiet. 5 minutes walk to the scenic spot, 10 minutes walk to Chenghuang Temple, 20 minutes walk to Fangsheng Bridge. If you are driving, the landlord recommended Xihu New Village, a 10-minute walk to the homestay, we are less than 24 hours, and parking is free. The hardware of the hotel is okay, the service is good, but the soundproofing is relatively poor, because of the old wooden house, there is no way.

My sister is very caring and enthusiastic. I am afraid that I will arrange a single-family room. I have to bring my own keys when I go out and experience the feeling of being the owner of a small town house. It is awesome. The room is antique, full of details, clean and comfortable, the living room on the first floor can drink tea, the balcony is a small bridge, there will always be people standing on it to take pictures, the second floor washing and bedroom, there is a small terrace outside, a rocking chair. Stayed for two nights, except for some noise during the day, it was still very quiet when sleeping at night, and I would come again if I had a chance, great.
