This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

The old state hotel has an elegant environment, the newly renovated building 8 has good facilities, electric curtains, bathroom dry and wet separation, and a lawn is facing outside the small terrace. I especially like the little fairy who served us at 2 or 3 pm on April 1. The classical and elegant is considerate. The work gap is not brushed. The slight lack of room service staff is insufficient, there are two people on duty at night to manage several buildings, overall recommended!

Unique experience worth trying at-least once ! The hotel is in an amazing location and it’s extremely beautiful ! This was a very special stay for us We were a bit skeptical based on the reviews , but it exceeded all our expectations by miles ! We booked a room facing the mountain view and it didn’t disappoint at all ! The room was very cozy and comes with stacked up mini bar , Evian water , Coffee capsules , projector , fruits. During the evening time they put up some chocolates , fruits , tea and water for the guests to enjoy and it was a nice touch :) Staff were friendly and accommodating , special thanks to 叶晓倩&唐臣金 for all the care and support

After checking in at the service center at the foot of Huangling Mountain, tickets and ropeways were given with the housing registration voucher. Now in the off-season, I bought a ticket and a cableway ticket for the children at a discounted price of 100 yuan (120 online, 115 discounted) 3. After getting off the ropeway, a kind-hearted uncle helped to carry the luggage. The housekeeper of the B&B also sent a battery car to pick up and drop off the luggage. (The tourist service center on the mountain also arranges butlers to help guide the way and carry luggage to the place where you stay.) It is convenient and saves effort. 4. Because it hadn't been cleaned yet when we checked in, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free, which is a private courtyard on three floors. We go into a hall and go up the stairs to a room with a bathroom. 1.5m bed. There is a suite on the third floor, as well as snacks. The lady kindly reminded me that it’s a bit cold in the mountains and the air conditioner can be turned on all the time. It’s quite a compliment👍I’m really surprised and grateful! 5. The breakfast porridge, noodles, some vegetables, and peach cakes and other dry snacks on the mountain are relatively abundant on the mountain, especially there are many kinds of steamed buns. 6. The only regret is that it rained and there were not many things to dry. Looking forward to staying here again next time.

The food and service in the Chinese restaurant are also very good. We dine in the hotel every day, and the quality of the food is safe and guaranteed. The hotel is conveniently located next to the ticketing office to Sanqingshan. The access to the mountain is located behind the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel which is easy to get food or beverages. The hotel looks dated and in need of refurbishment. I was given a room with a view that is rather different from the room I booked. I requested for a change of room, and the Receptionist was reluctant to do so. However, a male receptionist, David who was standing beside her overheard my conversation and immediately assisted with the room change for me. The guestroom and the bathroom are fairly spacious. However, the lightings are dimmed particularly in the bathroom. The soundproofing of the guestroom is poor and I can hear loud noise from my neighbour in the late evening. The hotel is divided into two buildings and I stayed in the building where the Reception Desk is located. The gym is located at the other building which is quite a distance away. Both buildings are connected via underground. I had a chance to walk over to the other building and realised that the views from this building is much more nicer. Quality for the buffet breakfast was not great. I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it is rather unusual for a Chinese restaurant that do not serve fried rice. The location of the Chinese restaurant is hidden behind the Reception Desk. On one of the evening, I decided to go to the bar and ordered a drink and snacks. When settling the bill, the waiter reminded me that I can enjoyed 10% discount if I am a member of Hilton. The waiter was quite interactive and helpful with my order. Unlike the Chinese restaurant there is no interaction nor explain about the food & beverage discount for HIlton member. There is also a convenience shop in the hotel, but the retail cost is much higher compared to the nearby shops.
