服務非常好！機場接送，全程全尺寸商務車！我的相機落在機場了，二話沒説馬上安排司機送我去機場取。進門送哈達，晚上有暖湯。格桑的態度非常友好，真心覺得是一家用心的好酒店，勝在服務

酒店很新很乾凈，還安排了高鐵站接送，服務很到位！剛進酒店就被“扎西德勒”了，很意外也很開心，酒店早餐豐富，有藏式、中式、西式三種，管家前一天會提前讓我們選擇，晚上還有銀耳、藕粉等等，很開心的一次旅程！

酒店裝修非常新，設施非常好，衞生乾淨，環境真的沒得説！而且服務特別好～歡迎甜品和水果，每天晚上還有晚安飲品，非常貼心，主動聯繫接機，而且來不及吃早餐還給另外準備早餐帶走～早餐很豐富，中式西式藏式可以選，口味也好。還特別喜歡他們家的洗化，味道很好很好用～離古城也近，總之下次還會選擇的～
