Although the location is good, next to bus station. This place is very under maintenance, especially the shared toilet and shared bathroom. Only one bathroom to use for maybe 20 people? And toilet is smelly, dirty, full of human waste. The bathroom is under maintenance but we still had go use it. The hygiene need to be reviewed. I booked the shared bathroom room type without knowing the horrendous condition. Worst hotel ever

The room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Because I was afraid of altitude sickness on my first day at the plateau, I didn't take a shower, but the washing area and bathroom were very clean and there was no smell. Special Forces college students can rush! Then there is a piano in the breakfast area, which is really great. You can play a little by yourself.
