We had a very enjoyable stay at Ganlo Inn.This is a very friendly family run B and B with a homely atmosphere. They provided excellent top notch service from our arrival to departure. The room was clean and the most spacious room during our whole 8 days trip in Yunnan. Heating was good in both the room and toilet. They also serve aromatic barista coffee. Location is ideal - not too inaccessible from the entrance to the old town but yet very convenientl and near all the restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the old town of Shangrila for a reasonable price and great experience.

The courtyard is located in the middle of the ancient street. It is very convenient to go to scenic spots and gourmet restaurants. The rooms are disinfected and cleaned every day. Disposable face towels and bath towels are provided, so you can use them with confidence. I am very happy that you like the breakfast we prepared. Our family only needs to eat and drink well when checking in. For other things, just ask us to come. When you are satisfied with the service we provide, we are also sincerely happy. Family run place, and their hospitality is incredible! Loved the design of the room, was comfortable, enjoyed the balcony’s view. Would totally recommend this place! ❤️❤️❤️

Ganlo Inn is a lovely little hotel. The location is the best in Shangrila - there are many cute restaurants (and a Yunnan wine bar!) around the corner. The rooms are bright and very comfortable with oxygen machine, snacks, tea, heated eye mask and other little treats. The family is so sweet and helpful, always smiling and very accommodating. And the breakfast is lovely! Highly recommend this inn in Shangrila :)

Best hotel we’ve stayed throughout our stay in Yunnan! Host are very hospitable, making us feel like home 🥰 Location is right in the middle of the ancient city, walkable to the famous spots in the city. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Shangrila

We were picked up by a small cart to the accommodation and welcomed to a very clean and modern designed room. Upon entering the lobby we were offered tea which was very nice. Also the room is well equiped with a humidifier and oxygen machine. Furthermore, the owners were very kind, gave us information about where to dress up (hanfu clothing) and packed our breakfast for to go as we had to head to the station early. We received many snacks to try, overall would definitely recommend! Beyond european standards when it comes to hospitality

Lovely hotel and owner.The room so clean and confortable to stay. Located in shangrila old town, not far from Guishan Temple and we can ask the owner to pick up our luggage to the hotel.

I think it was one of the best choice in my trip. I booked the room that can see old temple from the window which is really beautiful. The service is great. There are many facilities in the room such as nice tea, comfy bed, oxygen machine , humidifier. and heater on the floor. There is smart toiler in the bathroom. The owner is nice . Breakfast was also good.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very nice , clean and comfortable. The hotel location is in the ancient town so we can walk along all night with window shopping and eating.

It’s amazing place which beautiful view in front of the temple. The landlord is very kind and supportive. Room is clean, there is oxygen generator, blankets warm machine…overall is really good place to stay
