High Mountain Resort Shangri-La Reviews

The hotel faces Napa Sea and you see the vast grassland from your room. When it is summer time, the grassland becomes the “sea”, which should be nicer. The “hardware” of the hotel is very good, but what impressed me more is the “software” — service. Xiao He arranged free airport pick-up, and they came to pick my family of 5 up with 2 x 7-seater after I told them I had many pieces of luggage. They also prepared 2 canisters of oxygen in the car just in case we feel uncomfortable in the high altitude. During our stay, warm milk was provided at night and everyone was very friendly. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for my family. Thank you!

have a good rest after our Shangrila Meili snow mountain and Dukerzhong 4x4 trip . good shower and wifi room is clean and comfortable bed . hotel upgrade us better view from balcony with the room size and bed able to sleep 3 person with my teenager daughter! restaurant is closing down their western selection i think they don't have any western chef ... breakfast is purely Chinese dish nothing special for me. location is not convenience if you doesn't have your own transport .

A very standard resort hotel, covering a large area, with rooms arranged in an orderly manner, and a direct view of the meadow from the terrace. The room is large and spacious, and the service is also very good. However, there are two problems. One is that the staff is insufficient during the peak season, and the front desk is completely overwhelmed, causing guests to wait unnecessarily; the other is that the 78-square-meter room cannot have two larger beds. A 1.2-meter bed is still a bit small, and it is a bit crowded for a family of three. Even two 1.35-meter beds are ok. Overall, it is still very good, right on the Napa Beach.

I took my two dogs on vacation. After a tour around the lake, I found that the hotel is the largest and best hotel around Napahai. The lobby and the manager also upgraded me to a suite for free. I look forward to coming back in winter to enjoy the beautiful scenery of ice and snow.

The second time I came to Shangri-La, I still chose the Gaoshan Villa. The hotel is located next to Napahai and is very quiet. During my stay, the hotel butler River's service was very considerate and in place, which also left a deep impression on the entire trip. The hotel rooms and breakfast are remarkable 👍 If I come to Shangri-La again, I will choose here again.

We were very satisfied with the whole process from booking the hotel to checking in to checking out. Thanks to Brother Helida for his enthusiasm in helping with the luggage and picking us up all the way. When we left, we were given a Vajra knot and a postcard of the hotel. We liked it very much and were surprised. When we checked out, we didn't know where we put our ID cards. Brother Helida patiently helped us find them. Haha, I really thank him very much~ He heard that we were here for our honeymoon and helped us upgrade to a hotel villa room. The view of Napahai from the room was really beautiful. We could stay in the room all day, and the air was very fresh when we woke up in the morning~ It was a very pleasant travel experience. The room was very pleasantly surprised, with a large space and three large balconies. The balcony was next to a large lawn, and you could watch the 🐂🐏 eating grass when you opened the door. The children loved it! The hotel service was very good, especially the housekeeper Zhuoma, who sent us hot milk in the evening, which was very considerate!

The hotel is great. I came to Napahai specifically for this hotel. The first and second pictures are the full view of the hotel. Napahai is very beautiful with green grass in this season. The hotel is a small villa with great settings, good hygiene, and comfortable bedding. The balcony has a panoramic view and is very photogenic. I saw a beautiful rainbow when I checked in. I woke up naturally at six in the morning and encountered a sunrise. These were all taken from the balcony. It was so pleasant to listen to the birds singing and the occasional sound of horse bells. I will stay here again next time, and I will consider staying for a few more days. It feels like a retreat.

Gaoshan Villa is the best hotel in this trip to Yunnan. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I changed my schedule temporarily and stayed for only one night. I feel a little regretful. I plan to stay here for a few days next time. The hotel is in Napahai Grassland, with the mountain behind and the grassland in front, far away from the downtown, few people, quiet and comfortable. There are cows, horses and sheep on the Napahai Grassland near the hotel. There are horse riding and lamb holding projects, and it is also very good to just walk. The hotel room is a suite with complete functions and reasonable divisions. The room has its own balcony, and you can see the view from the window. Figures 5, 7 and 8 were all taken on the balcony. Figure 6 was taken with the bathroom window open. After checking in at the front desk, an electric car will be arranged to send people and luggage to the door of the room, and there will be an electric car to pick up every time you go out. The breakfast is both Chinese and Western, and it is quite satisfactory. The service staff is polite and moderate. It is suitable for self-driving, not rushing the itinerary, and leisure-oriented journeys.

The stay was so comfortable. Looking out from the balcony, you can see the vast grasslands, cows, sheep, and horses grazing on the grass early in the morning. The children were very curious. The place was clean, but there was nothing to eat around and you couldn't order takeout.

This is the most comfortable stay. The hotel has a good view and the room service is timely. Among them, Chef Zhu Guangjun is super nice and enthusiastic. He also served hot New Year milk in the evening! I will come again!

The hotel is in a great location. When you walk out of the balcony, you can see a large grassland and cattle and sheep grazing. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. The baked milk is delicious. Zhuma was responsible for cooking it that day. The baked milk contains red dates, tea, and fresh yak milk. It tastes better than the milk tea I usually drink.

The location is excellent, a paradise on earth! The hotel has mountains on its back and faces the grassland, and herds of cattle, sheep and horses are strolling on the grassland under the balcony! The villa is large, simple and elegant, the lobby is very beautiful, and there is a real fireplace. It is very comfortable to sit there and enjoy tea and wine at night! If you are interested, you can also stroll to the hill behind. The hotel's breakfast is rich and the service is particularly good. Battery cars can be used on the road at any time. We brought children, and the front desk enthusiastically gave us a breakfast. Plan to come again if I have the chance!
