前台服務態度很好，房間乾淨舒適，酒店位置不錯，離古城很近，酒店的早餐也很不錯，種類多，酒店外面還有免費的篝火晚會，推薦

環境很好，民族風格，房間很舒適。地點在古城北門附近，走幾步就到了城門口進去溜達。門口就有去往納帕海的公交，去往其他景點也很方便。酒店的書架還有一些書，休息的時候可以看看書。

設施：齊全。衞生條件不錯，早餐有。但味道不咱地。希望能改進。總的來説，值得推薦！

Advantages: The hotel is located close to the ancient city and the lobby decoration style is unique. It was also chosen for these reasons. But ❗️❗️❗️You can refer to the pictures for the hotel's hygiene and facilities. There are waste paper towels and discarded cosmetics hidden under the cupboard for unknown ages... Patches of various colors on the ground... The bathroom floor is so dirty that you can't stand... Tourists who come to Shangri-La should stay there. Days later, the hotel didn't even clean and replace toiletries every day... After calling for a request, the hotel came up to take out the trash and temporarily brought towels from the next door room... It's hard to imagine whether the sanitary products are changed after each guest.

這是家藏族式建築酒店 衞生挺乾淨環境也很好離景點很近門口有停車場 早餐也很好就是房間裏面的空調不好使 香格里拉那幾天很冷雖然酒店裡有電熱毯但是房間裏面還是很冷 把我都凍感冒了
