Our stay was comfortable from the moment we walked up to the front trying to find the hotel and were greeted in the street for the staff to collect our bags. We were then given traditional Tibetan scarves around our neck and served tea and biscuits as our bags were taken to our room. The garden as you enter is beautifully sweet and the vibe of the hotel is chill and friendly. The staff were so welcoming and accepting of us, showed us all the features of the room, and provided us a free upgrade to a bigger room to accommodate our large luggage. The sky light above the bed is just perfection. In the morning breakfast is served in the cosy communal area and the staff even presented us with a traditional Tibetan knot. We absolutely loved it here, have now made friends with the staff and would recommend anyone to stay here.
