The inn is in the ancient city, with a pedestrian street outside. The environment is very good. You can see the big prayer wheel and the big Buddha temple when you look up from the small courtyard on the second floor, which is very photogenic. The proprietress is warm and thoughtful. Not long after booking the room, she called to say that she could help pick up and drop off the luggage. After checking in, she also sent fruit, which was very considerate. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean.

I'm Korean. The hostel lady gave us fruit for two days and helped us 110% with our little customer's needs. The room condition was very clean and I was able to stay comfortably. The April night at Shangri-La was cold, but the beds were equipped with electric blankets and electric heaters, so we were able to stay warm. The view from the 2nd floor was fantastic and I prefer the 2nd floor over the 1st floor. I highly recommend this accommodation. If I come back I will definitely stay here.
