晚上十一點多到酒店，前台小安服務很不錯，快速辦理了入住，安排的房間也不錯，設施齊全，衞生條件也很好，有歡迎卡片和水果，酒店的小餅乾味道也不錯，入住感受很好，值得推薦👍

住了三天，香格里拉深度遊玩，得到了酒店前台小安的熱情接待。因為行李比較多，退房前一天小安幫忙安排了送機車輛，非常順利就到機場了，給她的服務點贊👍
有一點要提出的就是房間裏的空調不能製冷，第一次聽説。房間的温度都會比較悶。希望能夠改善。

雲南，西藏線走了很多次，這次住香格里拉，酒店員工服務態度好。酒店旅遊大巴多，小安提前提醒了停車問題，後停車場指引很清楚，服務不錯，入住體驗好

住了不止一次的酒店，雖然設施比較老，地毯比較臟，但是整體環境還是可以的，餐廳的餐食也挺好的，餐廳的服務也很好，唯獨要把這個差評給前台一個荷葉頭的服務員，5.24到了一個快遞，因離店無法取，順豐派送到前台，照片也拍了，寫的很清楚前台簽收了，6.2回到香格里拉，依然入住這個酒店，因為離開之前啊存包了還有快遞，到了前台跟前台溝通取快遞，這位女生沒有認真找一下就説沒有，就四個快遞都在這兒沒有你的，要求再找一下，就又敷衍的翻了一下説就是沒有，我出示了前台簽收的記錄和照片，這回可好，都不給找了，直接就説可能你退房讓快遞拿走了，然後説什麼你就正常退房吧，我找到再寄給你，要求再去找就一臉不情願，就説沒有，最後甩一句要不你進來跟我一起找我找了沒有，這時一位旁邊穿民族制服的服務員進到後面屋裡，不到1分鐘就把我的快遞拿出來了，請問這位荷葉頭女服務員，這就是你的工作態度嗎？為什麼人家就能找到，你到底是不想找還是敷衍？一大早8點您這是哪來的情緒？作為前台你的工作職責就是服務，這麼點小事都不想幹，酒店僱你來增加差評的嗎？
