YYouyiyunThis B&B's rooms are equipped with a full smart home system and oxygen supply, plus a mini-fridge stocked with drinks. The air conditioning heating was very quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. Everyone at the B&B was so welcoming, and they even included pick-up and drop-off service. Looking forward to coming back next time!

BBarry MichaelA Warm Home in Shangri-La - Definitely Choose Wufan Shanjian!
The luckiest choice of my trip to Shangri-La was definitely Wufan Shanjian Light Luxury Homestay, and the biggest surprise was meeting the owner couple, a local ******* pair. The simplicity and enthusiasm unique to Tibetans in them filled the entire journey with warmth.
From the moment we landed, we were surrounded by their thoughtfulness: they not only took the initiative to pick us up at the high-speed railway station but also carefully reminded us not to rush to take a bath just after arriving on the plateau and to remember to turn on the oxygen concentrator at night. A family member traveling with us had a bit of altitude sickness, and the landlady Zhuoma immediately brought Coke and glucose to relieve the discomfort. In the evening, she specially brought warm yak milk and fresh grapes. Even the child kept saying that Aunt Zhuoma was as kind as family. The husband was simple and enthusiastic. When he saw that we had trouble parking, he immediately helped park the car without hesitation, so we didn't have to worry at all. When we wanted to find delicious skewers or plan the route around Napahai, they could always give the most authentic suggestions and even recommend reliable stores, which were more useful than the strategies we made.
The environment of the homestay is impeccable. As a person with a bit of obsessive-compulsive disorder about cleanliness, the cleanliness here completely exceeded expectations - the rooms are bright and tidy, the bed sheets and quilt covers have no peculiar smell at all, and even the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly. The facilities are also very considerate, with full-house floor heating and smart devices. The oxygen concentrator by the bed can automatically adjust the oxygen concentration, completely solving the worry about sleeping on the plateau. What's more surprising is that the location is in the center of the ancient town, only a three-minute walk to the prayer wheel, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
During the few days staying here, I was moved by the details every day: free down jackets and umbrellas, pre-prepared moisturizing masks, hot breakfast in the morning, and even after leaving, when we found that we had forgotten something, the boss would carefully send it back. This kind of warmth that is not family but better than family made the beauty of Shangri-La more concrete. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again!

Stay two nights or more and get round-trip service. This B&B is absolutely fantastic! The owners are wonderful, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shangri-La. It's truly amazing, and the safety is excellent. As a solo female traveler in Yunnan, I felt completely secure and had no worries staying here.

GGuest UserFor my trip to Shangri-La, I chose a hotel within Dukezong Ancient Town. It was really easy to find, and we could drive right up to the entrance. The hotel has a distinct ******* style that's quite unique. Our room was spacious and clean, with underfloor heating throughout and dispersed oxygen, which perfectly eased any altitude sickness. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views of the ancient town and distant mountains. The bedding was also soft and comfortable, showing great attention to detail.
The service was warm and attentive. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Great Prayer Wheel, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were gentle and polite, and incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shangri-La.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located right by the East Gate of Dukezong Ancient City. It's super easy to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic spots – just cross the street! While it's a little bit of a walk to the main ancient city area, that actually makes it quieter, which is great for a good night's sleep. The front desk offers a bunch of handy items, even heated eye masks. There's a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes, and they even provide a thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection is quite diverse too. Our room was clean and tidy, and it came with dispersed oxygen, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a pretty good place to stay.

HHafiz BajuriWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay! From the moment we booked, the family who owns the place was incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful. They communicated with us via WeChat to confirm our stay and asked us to update them when we were on our way, which made us feel very well-looked after.
Despite our late check-in, the ”big sister” of the family was so thoughtful, she even helped us carry our heavy bags up to the second floor! She then took the time to show us how everything in the room worked.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for the cold weather. The beds were cozy with comfortable mattresses, and the heater and humidifier were lifesavers! They also provided everything we needed like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hairdryer, and most importantly, unlimited bottled water.
The location is fantastic! It’s very close to Dukezong Ancient City and just a 15-minute walk to the Giant Prayer Wheel/town center. As Muslims, we found it very convenient that there is a Halal restaurant and a convenience store just a few meters away.
Note: It was freezing (0 degree) at night, but we stayed perfectly warm inside! It was also nice to see many fellow Malaysians staying in the area.
We also have to mention their adorable little dog! He was so friendly and constantly wanted to play with us. Although we couldn't play back due to our religious restrictions, he was still so sweet, he even gave us a ”zoomie” farewell during our early morning checkout!

KKaixinjiuhaoleya～💕💕💕 What a gem! This balcony-view B&B in Shangri-La was a true highlight of my trip, full of charm and wonderful surprises!
👍👍👍 The room itself has an authentic ******* design. The huge panoramic window directly overlooks the entire mountain landscape. In the morning, you just open the window and you're greeted by a misty mountain scene. In the evening, the entire mountain is painted with the colors of the sunset. Every photo I took, even unedited, had such an incredible vibe. When taking pictures, standing by the window or in the courtyard with the mountains as a backdrop, I blended right into the scenery. The photos turned out soft and luxurious – no need to hunt for the perfect shot at all.

GGuest UserBad weather and a late arrival meant no photos. It's a tent in the valley, so I recommend booking one with a 270-degree view. You might even end up in a celebrity's former room by accident! My friend got Guo Jingfei's room, and I was so envious. It's a great spot for slow living when the weather's good, perfect for having tea and chatting with friends. Very relaxing.

QQianduoduoduowqThe location is absolutely fantastic! Right at the foot of the mountains, with snow-capped peaks visible from the window. The hiking trail entrance is right outside, making it perfect for hikers and road trippers.
The guesthouse itself is stunning, with thoughtful decor that's perfect for photos. It's quiet, comfortable, and a joy to stay in.
What truly impressed me were the owners; they are incredibly kind, warm, attentive, and meticulous. It felt just like staying with friends.
The breakfast was also super delicious, clean, and plentiful – truly homemade taste.
If you're visiting Haba Village or traveling the Shangri-La loop, this place is a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

YYuniqueyuniWe were extremely satisfied with our stay at Moye Hotel. Check-in was very easy and quick, and the front desk manager was incredibly helpful in describing our room type. They even upgraded us to a scenic view room free of charge! The overall hotel design perfectly blends with the mountain views and natural surroundings. There are many popular photo spots, including an outdoor pool and observation deck. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, with both breakfast and afternoon tea being high-standard. The hotel's coffee shop is also a must-visit!
