這個客棧其實就是東北大農村，除了滑雪場，周圍什麼設施沒有，也沒車，春節前後房價很貴，是平日的6-7倍房價，房間設施陳舊，根本不值這個價格，洗澡水龍頭是壞的，跟前台反饋，住了幾天也不修！工作人員不專業，也不規範，態度不好！一家人開的客棧！以後還是定規範的酒店更好！客人反饋都能及時迴應。
吃飯也不方便，外面沒餐廳，商場，客棧菜貴也難吃，幾天加滑雪消費1萬多，客棧還不同意開發票，所有客人都不開發票，一直是偷税漏税，旅遊很多年，還第一次遇到不開發票的客棧！
希望後面要定這家客棧的，慎重，多比較，每一句都屬實！

房間的被子沒有酒店舒服硬邦邦的，其他沒什麼就是菜有點貴了，小碗的米飯算5塊錢確實貴了，其他菜就不點評了

沒訂到温泉酒店臨時選擇了這裏，民宿小院很乾凈，做的東北菜也合口味。去雪場和温泉都很方便，在他家訂票比外邊便宜，還管車接車送，還提供雪服護具這些，整體住宿體驗非常好！

衹能説，哈爾濱的整體體驗感特別糟糕，花了去三亞的錢，玩了一堆農村項目一點不值，咱也不知道為什麼都是東北菜，為什麼哈爾濱的大白菜，吃出了鮑魚龍蝦的價位

設施：設施很完備，酒店該有的全都有，很方便。尤其是那個取暖機，開了之後房間裏特別熱乎。
衞生：很乾凈，房間無異味
環境：環境蠻好的，而且在的位置去哪玩都近都方便。
服務：服務真的很好很好，去哪玩基本都可以開車接送，而且在她家買門票還方便且便宜。
