We booked the Xuezhongqing Vacation Villa and sent us to Health Resort Center A. We were asked why on the phone and they were told that the room was no longer available and the Ctrip platform would not allow it to be removed... They were told that the adjusted conditions would not be worse than what we had booked, but much worse.
