A very satisfactory holiday experience. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the hot springs are clean and diverse, especially Sister Zhu Yanjuan, who provided thoughtful and meticulous service, taking care of the details of every customer, helping us get clean towels, and sending us warm tea. The rooms and hot spring facilities are good. As for the restaurant, the dishes are large. A family of three can't even finish half of them. If there are half-portions, it would be better to choose. The take-out bags are not food-grade plastic bags. They look like recycled plastic, which is a big minus.

The service of the pool area supervisor was really good and warm. If the bath towel was wet, they would change it as many times as they wanted. It was really good. But the service of the supervisor in the dining area on the second floor was really hard to describe. There was a buffet, but there were so many of us, so I asked if we could order individually. At first, it was very good. We could order anything before 9 o'clock. We couldn't order after work at 9 o'clock. After ordering, we could eat at any time. There was no limit. As a result, we ordered just after 8 o'clock, the dishes were served after 9 o'clock, and we had just finished eating and had drinks. This is my second time here. The hot spring environment is very good and comfortable. My family and children are having a lot of fun. The hot spring staff Chen Yuhua provides excellent service, warm and thoughtful, friendly attitude, and makes guests feel at home. I give a big thumbs up 👍. It was a very pleasant experience.
