💡[民宿給我的小驚喜] 隱居感... 夏天來應該挺涼爽 非常乾淨 非常有人情味兒
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 倆廁所 牛波一 沙發床有點窄 要是情侶來吵架的話 大漢單獨一個沙發床會讓你的心更冷 （額外有一個沙發 但拼起來舒適度差強人意）上下樓梯對大漢來説有點窄 要考慮好
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有] 小公園 本民宿三樓天台（走的時候三樓的門忘了關了好像..）身法好的可以上去轉轉

我帶着老婆和小孩一起來玩，最後被告知加人了要加錢。不過這些怪自己沒看清楚，房東寫得很清楚，因為以前住過那麼多民宿從未試過要加我錢，畢竟一家人不可能分開住。然後民宿還算可以，位置近小公園，最大的問題是下雨時洗手間裏面滴水而且是比較嚴重的。

感覺總體還不錯的，小小的建議：部分木質傢俱有發黴的情況，建議更換成非木質的好些；密碼鎖有點難開

房東很耐心，提供了很多攻略，房子位置在一個老巷子中，很有生活的氣息，離小公園衹需要五到十分鐘，附近也有很多本地的飲食，都很棒。房子有兩層外加一個天台，屋內裝修不錯，設施略顯時代感，開窗就是對面的老民居，隔音略差但是怎麼説呢，也很有生活氣息吧…晚上能聽到對面的人家開始做飯，聽到長者家在巷子裏乘涼、聊天。總體很不錯，沉浸式體驗老汕頭生活。

房子很舒適，雖然沒有見過璇子，但是能感覺到璇子對生活的態度和藝術感了，房子是座獨立小樓，一樓是辦公區域，有電腦辦公桌，也有洗手間和廚房，二樓是個小閣樓，房間隔了玻璃，房間裏也有洗手間、電視空調，有個小客廳有沙發抱枕等、沙發是可以放平下去放個睡床，附近環境很安靜，住的都是一些當地的長者，很是舒適！衞生方面也不錯，還有擺設架上的陶瓷藝術品可購買哦！價格標在低部，總之散心就挺不錯，安逸！

位置挺好找的，房間也不錯，和想象中一樣。不過希望樓梯能裝上扶梯，搬行李箱和上下樓實在很麻煩。

房東姐姐人很好溝通也很愉快，房子佈局也很好，就是位置有點靠巷子裏面，大門感覺也不是很安全，女生住可能會有點害怕，房子裝修比較舊，到處灰撲撲的還有點味道，樓梯沒有扶手，上下有點危險，但是床真的很舒服，躺下都不願意起來！廁所比較擁擠，還蠻建議能改成蹲廁，這樣空間大了，打掃衞生也方便，如果房東能把房間翻新改造一下肯定會更舒適了，總體來説性價比高，還是很推薦的！
