衞生很差，哪裡都很臟，浴巾擦鞋感覺都覺得舊。服務態度也談不上好，有過去國企，訂房間還要求着他的感覺。下午2點退房，房卡失效，去激活，前台女接待很不開心，説所有不是都要12點退房？
