凌晨十二點入住後開了兩個半小時被熱醒發現製冷效果是故障的，聯繫前台處理後態度較差，接通電話後先質疑我是不是使用方式錯誤然後通知一個保安來看，隨後又聯繫了電工過來也是操作不了隨後給我安排更換房間，前台的接待小姐原話是這樣的“那個製冷功能壞掉了，這樣吧我給你換到六樓的帶浴缸的好嗎”我表示我不需要浴缸，衹需要一間製冷功能完好的房間，我話音未落就被該工作人員打斷我説話，並稱“我知道你不需要但是我們就衹剩這個房型了不好意思了哈”，請問你們的就是這種服務態度？？？保安上來送新房房卡説我在這裏等你們，我還以為保安看我是一個孕婦而幫忙拿行李，我就説謝謝你，我可以自己拿，結果保安給我來一句“不是，我在這裏等你拿完東西我要拿原來這個房卡”。我衹能説6666666
入住新房型之後馬桶也是有尿漬的，衞生就是這樣。如圖所示。要選擇該酒店入住的請謹慎選擇。
