凌晨入住的，房東也能及時回覆消息！剛進房間十分乾淨整潔，裝修風格輕奢風，傢俱擺設也挺新的，睡了一晚隔音效果也非常好，床墊軟硬適中！下次來汕頭還會繼續定這家！推薦！

住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。預訂後沒有工作人員聯繫。打酒店的電話永遠沒有人接，帶着兩個小孩在酒店大堂等了兩個多小時，晚上九點才入住。入住後，第一時間打開去哪網就發現降價了兩百左右。當天我們預訂的時候是五百多變成三百多，於是打去哪網客服詢問怎麼回事？可以退訂嗎？去哪兒網客服説要聯繫公寓老闆。結果半夜快12點給的回覆是公寓老闆説房型不同。但其實比我這個面積還大的都降到了350。當時剩餘的所有房型都是300多。本來聯繫不上酒店就想退掉了。可是孩子們都已經摺騰累了就住下了，想着去哪網肯定會退差價的。但是並沒有！！！去哪網的回覆是公寓老闆不講道理的回覆簡直可惡至極！看出來了，遇到問題，到最後都是消費者買單！再説一下衞生。床品是臟的。房間的櫃子上到處是灰塵。進門的大床床墊非常的硬。床墊上面直接是床單，沒有軟的褥子墊子。被子和枕頭都是用的最差的內芯。再説一下隔音。隔音就更是差中差了。隔壁説話聽的一清二楚，由於隔壁有很多人在一起大聲吵鬧，一直到凌晨一點。如果對睡眠有要求的千萬別住！最後就是停車問題，停車場在馬路對面，如果下雨就不方便！而且停車要自費！

性價比很高的民宿，整體整潔，周圍很多好吃的店及小吃。提點建議，老闆回覆有點慢，沒主動發送入住方式，下午四點主動問了才説。這點有待改進！床品也算乾淨，如果有潔癖的建議自己帶上一次性床單被罩什麼的！

不知道這家的好評是哪裡來的，老闆態度及差，説話一點也不客氣還聽不懂，房間不乾淨亂七八糟的，有點陰森森的，不建議入住。
