優點：房間很乾凈，也能看到海；民宿的服務很貼心，訊問民宿管家可以很及時的獲得回覆；一次性洗漱用具齊全，沒有胡亂收費。
缺點：lofter牆壁薄，隔音較差；附近在蓋樓，小區入口處容易積水
