On my parents’ trip to Suzhou, Hangzhou and Guangdong, Baccarat was the last hotel. It was just based on the principle of being nearby, but I didn’t expect that my parents rated it very highly. 1. The location is so convenient that parents are excited. Volunteers can point their finger right next to the station exit. In other cities, finding hotels at subway entrances and train stations is not as convenient as Baccarat. The window view overlooking the city is great. 2. It is very smart. There is a robot that delivers fruit, and the large projection screen TV is very suitable for the elderly. 3. The service is attentive. Logically, we should arrive at the store at 14:00. My parents also arranged breakfast when they arrived at 90:00 in the morning. The quality of the food is very satisfactory and even exceeds that of the whole season. The price-performance ratio of the house price of more than 200 is really good. 4. Clean and tidy with reasonable layout and complete facilities. The bus hub downstairs is very convenient for going to Nan'ao Island and the airport. Overall, full marks, will come again next time.

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.

It is a very nice business hotel, in my opinion better than the Regency 5* hotel. It’s clean and the WIFI is strong, good for online meetings. Room is a little bit small, but the terrace makes it good again.

The reception lady and the cleaning lady are warm and friendly, with good service attitude. They also gave a small gift when checking in. Although the old chain hotel is a little old, the environment is clean and tidy. The room is good overall, with reasonable zoning facilities. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is very convenient and has a rich variety. I will consider coming again in the off-season!

Then, because we arrived in the evening, their staff took me to the top floor of their hotel (a total of 13 floors) to check in their sunset 🌇 sunset glow. Because the weather was good that day, I was lucky to see a very beautiful sunset glow. In addition, they also have a ”red peach cake” (a traditional Chaoshan snack) handmade DIY course on the first floor of the hotel at 8 o'clock every night. Finally, let's talk about their room. I chose a king-size bed room. The room is also decorated in the ”green bamboo forest style”. I heard that they invited the famous Chao designer #Hong Zhongxuan who once designed the top floor of the Dubai's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, to design it. In addition, various furniture is also designed in a more Chao traditional Chinese style. The room is also equipped with professional tea sets and two bags of tea are given as gifts. Friends who like to drink tea are blessed. There is also a smart speaker in the room. You can control the curtains, lights, TV, air conditioner and other home appliances by voice by calling ”Xiaodu Xiaodu”. You can also play songs. Their smart speakers have screens and can be used to play songs. The next morning between 7-10 o'clock, they will also provide guests with a free buffet breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor. There are rich varieties and many Chaoshan local specialties. 酒店很滿意，這次和家人四人入住，有兩間卧室，圖片基本和官網一致，面積有將近100平米，很舒服，內飾都是自動開關，一個衞生間且有點小，其他沒有缺點。 酒店步行50米就走電車充電樁，很方便，早飯有點差，是套餐沒得選，建議不用預訂含餐，畢竟來潮汕好吃的太多啦。

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jane Eyre Designer Hotel. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants in the area, it is centrally located. It was easy to find and as a bonus, the hotel is brand new. The room was spacious, we booked 2 double beds. The hotel room had a fridge, washing machine, toiletries, disposable slippers. I could not ask for more. The bed was super comfy. So much so, that we had the most restful sleep at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Shantou.
