Shantou Hotels with Wi-Fi

Rooms are large and clean. There are many power outlets. And the lights are easily controlled. The hotel is large but the elevators and breakfast never felt congested. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the Shantou train station and about 10 minutes by car from the old town. The MixC and another mall are within close walking distance. I could not open the bathtub drain for some reason.

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is very acceptable in general；cleanliness，conveniences，staff support，breakfast all are above standard and worth the price. Will definitely come again and also introduced to friends. Keep up the good work

The hotel is in a good location and the service is even better! We booked a sea view room. We arrived at the hotel at around two o'clock in the afternoon, but the room had not been cleaned yet. ELLA and Wesley at the front desk saw our tired faces and immediately upgraded us to a sea view suite for free, so that we could enter the room and rest immediately. It was really Thank you so much🙏. The room is very comfortable. I will choose to stay here again next time I go to Shantou.

We are from Singapore, and this is our first visit to Shantou after Covid-related restrictions in China caused some confusion with Alipay and WeChat before we arrived. The two front desk staff, 彤彤 and 小 珊, truly made us feel safe and hassle-free during our stay. 彤彤 was incredibly patient, guiding us on how to use Alipay and WeChat to book taxis, make payments for food delivery, and even have food sent to our room. 小 珊 took the time to explain and recommend excellent local dining options around the hotel. My husband and I are genuinely grateful for their sincere assistance during our three-night stay. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated the tea set and the complimentary tea samples that allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the room. I originally thought that this brand hotel would be relatively new and better maintained when it opened in 2019. Unexpectedly...the design is a failure. There is no dry and wet separation in the bathroom. The floor is soaked after taking a shower. How can I use the toilet? The bathroom has sufficient water but the shower pipe is in a broken condition. The TV set in the hotel opened in 2019 does not have a screen projection function? Other than the above, there are no major problems in the room, and the decoration is simple. Breakfast is a McDonald's or KFC breakfast coupon. The restaurant only allows guests to take takeaway food. There are no chefs or waiters in the restaurant. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to the maintenance of the equipment in the room!

Chaozhou is famous for its tea. Tea bag in the room and the welcome tea are very good. Spacious room, very clean, staff is very friendly. Need staff’s assist to access the Wifi if you don’t have a local phone number.

It’s about ten kilometers from the train station to the hotel at night. The service attitude of the young lady at the front desk is very good, and the auntie in the room is also very friendly. The lobby is large and the room is very clean. It’s just right for you to travel to Nan’ao Island after breakfast. I look forward to your next stay

The location of this hotel is very strategic. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the downtown area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the room orientation is also very good. It should be the reason why the hotel is doing well. The elevator is a bit slow and it is very close to the small park. I also went to eat the Xinghua Wuji beef that has the longest queue. The lady at the hotel front desk Recommended, it tastes really good. If you want to go shopping here, Wanda Plaza is very close. It only costs about ten yuan to take a taxi to the small park. I don’t want to go out. The hotel also has a robot delivering takeout upstairs. The food here is really good. There are a lot of them, especially snacks. Breakfast doesn't end until 10 am. It's very friendly to us who get up late. Parking in the hotel is also very convenient. There are many locations. They all have their own parking lots. The security guard is also very enthusiastic. Helped us guide the vehicle. When we checked in here, it was relatively quiet at night. I bought a lot of beef balls and put them in the hotel's kitchen refrigerator. There was no refrigerator in the room, but it was very convenient to pick it up. The staff helped us pick it up and store it for us. Very good experience

The waiters at the hotel front desk and restaurant are very polite, smiling and friendly. The facilities are just average, nothing special. There are not many kinds of food for breakfast, but the taste is okay. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet and the location is good, not far from a small park. The room was tidy. Although the toilet seat in the bathroom is a bit narrow, it is still acceptable.
