We are from Singapore, and this is our first visit to Shantou after Covid-related restrictions in China caused some confusion with Alipay and WeChat before we arrived. The two front desk staff, 彤彤 and 小 珊, truly made us feel safe and hassle-free during our stay. 彤彤 was incredibly patient, guiding us on how to use Alipay and WeChat to book taxis, make payments for food delivery, and even have food sent to our room. 小 珊 took the time to explain and recommend excellent local dining options around the hotel. My husband and I are genuinely grateful for their sincere assistance during our three-night stay. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated the tea set and the complimentary tea samples that allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the room. A Valuable Hotel Apar**ent at the Downtown Shantou The hotel located on the uppler floor of Chicony mall, it is very strategic. The room was spacious and high ceiling so the air condition was good. The amanities are complete. The facilities also complete like semi furnished apar**ent. The staff also helpful and friendly. Upgrade room to sea view was very wonderful view. Every wake up in the morning We can see sunshine, sea and downtown traffic. AC and water heater were working well. Projector TV can be a movie entertainment in the evening. The digital door lock make it safer. One thing that can be improved is the bed hardness. Softer bed layer may be better for better quality sleep. But overall this is the most valuable hotel apar**ent in Shantou. Next time will spend the night in this hotel. No doubt.

Traveling to Chaoshan with my parents, I chose this apartment in Shantou Station. Fair evaluation: The service attitude is very good, I am very satisfied. Respond to requests, be considerate of elders, and give priority to others. The originally booked room was unable to be checked in due to facility issues, but the customer service manager immediately gave us three upgraded room types to choose from. Complimentary breakfast and evening desserts are provided every day. The hotel has a good location. It is very convenient to take a taxi and is located in the city center. But the disadvantage is that the facilities are not well maintained, either here or there. Also, the hotel's showers use electricity, so the family cannot take continuous showers and enjoy the shower process because they are always worried about running out of hot water. There is also the fact that the hotel's air conditioning is central air conditioning, which requires management and control by the property management building and cannot be used freely (of course these are objective reasons). But for me, the criteria for choosing a hotel include location, 24-hour continuous hot water supply, practical and preferably smart or newer facilities, comfortable bedding, and a clean and tidy environment. These are very important to me. Because when traveling, the hotel's bedding, environmental sanitation, and whether there is sufficient hot water for showers at all times are the best warm guarantees for every friend who travels. I sincerely hope that your store can improve one by one by taking advantage of its location, subsequent upgrades of facilities and good maintenance.
