房間整體上看，很整潔，設施裝備該有的都有，聽老闆説今年剛裝修的。有網絡電視有空調，有窗（直接通外面的），有晾衣繩，有衣架。可以晾衣服，連洗衣粉和洗衣盆都有，真是很貼心！很安靜，不嘈雜。老闆人也很好，有請求都滿足，聊得來。總之滿意，下次有機會還會來。

離紅海灣遮浪景區很近，走過去也就十分鐘吧，離炮台公園也特別近，都是不到一公里。
一室一廳住起來挺寬敞，還有陽台。
老闆一家都很熱情，入住那天我都夜裡十二點才到，老闆還幫我提行李上樓，我出門玩的時候，還給我介紹景點。
基本上該有的東西都有，比如毛巾浴巾洗漱用品吹風機，如果對用品有較高要求的最好自己帶，因為我出門無論住酒店還是民宿都是自帶（感覺這樣比較環保），所以不太在意這部分用品的質量。
不知道是不是住的人少，樓層高的緣故，熱水出的比較慢，要放一會兒水才熱，不過這也不是大問題啦，畢竟還是有熱水，衹是多等一兩分鐘而已。
還有就是這邊民宿都是好幾層樓高，腿腳不好的，行李較多的，可能需要考慮一下，或者提前問老闆有沒有低樓層的房間。
最後總結，作為非設計類，輕奢類的（追求設計感，奢華感的民宿一般要四位數起步），衹是一個樸素的原住民類型民宿，我認為還是不錯的，空間不侷促，看起來乾淨整潔，老闆熱情友善，樓下停車方便，寵物友好，價格美麗。
另外，以為北方土包子，以前國內看到的都是黃海渤海的臟兮兮的海景，汕尾在我眼中，還是比較漂亮的（因為這兩天不是陰天就是下雨，景色確實大打折扣，但可以想象，晴天應該很美）。羨慕廣東人民可以如此輕易的看到美麗的海景（別跟馬代比啊，跟北戴河或者舟山這些比，還是相當美麗的）。不過吃飯沒啥好吃的，都是給遊客的海鮮大排檔，主要我不怎麼愛吃海鮮。風車島還是挺好的，不要錢，而且可以走到沙灘近距離接觸大海。浪挺大的，看起來挺危險應該不能游泳，現在是三月，倒也沒人遊，不知道夏天啥樣。

房間整潔，房東收拾的很乾凈，屋子整齊，適合一羣朋友或家庭住，買了很多海鮮，在一樓打火鍋很舒服，廚具很多。屋頂剛好可以看到海，早晨和傍晚風景都很棒。

剛進門那刻覺得乾淨衞生，帶着一大家人住了兩晚，發現是真的真的好乾凈，被褥不會因為靠近海邊而覺得受潮，反之很乾爽，住着很舒心。老闆人超好，超熱情，樓下有廚房，在住的幾天都是借用老闆家的廚具做飯。位置很方便，離海邊拐個彎就到了，離菜市場也很近，如果下次再來，必選博林！
