酒店環境，衞生，服務，沒得説，下樓就是沙灘，特別方便。特別感謝禮賓部小源，態度隨和，給人感覺很親切。

房間很好，服務很好，有應必答，總體滿意😌，家人玩的比較開心，這次汕尾之旅沒有踩雷。如果時間夠的話，推薦去紅海灣和二馬路。紅海灣離酒店 50 分鐘車程，海上公路風車島古堡咖啡都在這附近，完了再回城區二馬路吃當地小吃，真香，有一點二馬路停車不好停，需要費點時間找。二馬路回酒店二十分鐘。酒店前台林思敏和小羅服務真好，酒店景色美美噠。

哈哈，景色優美值得一去的地方，特別打卡了汕尾的網紅咖啡店，位於紅海灣南海觀音附近，非常歐式，拍照巨出片，人也多，非常熱鬧。
回到酒店，一分錢一分貨，貴有貴的道理，整體體驗是旁邊民宿不能比的，之前朋友住了旁邊的公寓，找我吐槽了一堆。酒店周邊吃喝的比較多，但不推薦旁邊的海鮮店，如果要吃，建議還是開車到城區。汕尾城區有很多好吃的店，可以參考一下網上的攻略。前台服務非常好，尤其是前台小林經理和小羅，很貼心，安排的房間非常舒適，景色也很美，酒店中餐味道和服務不錯。

環境：環境優美，離海灘很近，離兩邊的景點也很近
服務：呂詩穎和林思敏小姐姐服務很周到，很貼心

入住之前Rainbow彩虹就有聯繫我，我的小問題都及時的幫我解決，客服也很貼心，因為高鐵時間晚，前台貼心的幫我辦理了延遲退房，入住兩天，整體很滿意的，大家都非常有禮貌很貼心

房間夠大，很乾凈整潔，海景房的風景也很好。入住大堂的姓林的小姐姐非常nice，入住退房都是她幫我們辦理的，入住時送了我們曲奇，退房時還送了糕點和水果給我們回程路上吃的。貼心的服務讓我們想再來的酒店

酒店的地理位置和環境非常好，從大堂進門，禮賓的小哥哥maseo 就很主動為我們推行李，然後前台小姐姐Lyn的服務態度很好，看到我們一家大小主動幫我們升級了海景房，房間陽台很大，景觀優美，床品乾淨整潔。客房電梯下到1樓就是小朋友玩的娛樂中心，酒店離沙灘很近，娛樂設施充足，孩子可以玩一整天。二樓中餐廳出品不錯，很符合我們口味。退房的時候，前台小羅姐姐還送了水果和小點心給小孩。總之，酒店的服務和設施都很滿意，會多次選擇！
