Chateau Star River Shanwei

Stayed for 3 days around the May Day holiday. The hotel is just across the road from the sea, and the interior environment is quite nice. The breakfast is rich and features local specialties, which my child loved. The service was excellent; Xiao Tang was very professional and attentive, even providing children's amenities when she saw we had a child.

This is a top-tier five-star hotel in Shanwei! The stunning, uninterrupted lake views of Pinqing Lake are absolutely breathtaking. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable view. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The heated swimming pool and gym facilities were well-equipped, and the breakfast was abundant with local specialties. The elegant Chinese-style garden is perfect for photos. The location is convenient and parking is free. It's ideal for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

We've been coming here for seafood from Dongguan for years, and the hotel's location is excellent! However, they frequently change staff! The front desk service recently has been just okay.

The room was very spacious, and we even got upgraded to a twin room with a lake view, which was absolutely stunning. It was clean and quiet. I had seen some reviews mentioning yellow tap water in the shower, but it seems they've fixed it, as the water was clean with no yellow tint during our stay. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious.

The front desk upgraded me upon check-in, which I appreciated. However, the dining and sleeping experience wasn't great; it felt quite unprofessional.

The environment and facilities are great, and it's a 20-minute drive from Ermalu. It's perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! Keying's service was excellent, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness was top-notch, definitely worth recommending. The night view was beautiful, and it was super comfortable sitting on the room's balcony.

The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the sea-view room arranged by Ms. Ruidan at the front desk. It was so pleasant to enjoy tea and the view from the room. The small garden outside the restaurant is very tranquil, perfect for a leisurely stroll after breakfast.
