什麼都很好，唯一不好是前台那幾位小姐，一點笑容都沒有！！我去到哪裡都是主動給我升級房間的，我問能不能升級有窗户的説要給錢，我就不給，明明都沒什麼人，那麼多空房間，而且態度很差，冷言冷語，退房了也是那三位小姐，麻煩能不能炒掉他們，那麼大的維也納請不到人嗎？這三個人為什麼能做前台？一直三個人説汕尾話，看到就煩！我第一次住酒店看到服務員這種態度！總部趕緊派人去查查，嚴重影響酒店品牌形象

風景不錯，看得見前面的海灣，一片蔚藍的海，停車場比較新，但是車輛很多車位不好找個空地方停，服務也很熱情，旁邊就是美食街

感覺是汕尾出行很不錯的選擇，樓層很高視野很好，酒店裝修有檔次，設施都很新，超級大的落地窗，酒店前台茵茵小姐姐很可愛，辦理的時候還幫忙處理了問題，做了升級，點贊👍～浴室水壓很好洗澡舒服，是會和朋友推薦的住宿選擇
