韶關市區裏最貴的酒店，但體驗感那是相當糟蹋。酒店開了10多年，各個地方都已經開始顯舊。酒店連同商場，1樓那裡有搞瑞幸餐廳又是搞特價自助餐，一到午餐晚餐時間酒店人又多有雜。酒店樓下還有KTV酒吧之類的，住在十多樓晚上都能聽到聲音。前台總是有種愛答不理的感覺，門僮和門口保安都不醒目，門口這麼多車停在那裡不趕一下嗎。早餐廳看着很大，出品相當一般，粉腸要你加豬肉，就拿一個勺子這麼刮一點，你當那是魚子醬嗎？這麼不情不願的。。。

設施比較老了，地理位置不錯，升級了江景房，周邊吃飯商場都方便，2樓飲茶住客可以打9折，性價比挺高，1樓自助晚餐也不貴，下次再去試試

這家店一直是我們韶關出差的首選，住過兒次。可這次真的很差。枕芯臟有細菌，早上起床又是頭癢又是脖子癢。設備老化，沖涼的水忽冷忽熱。晚上的環境很吵，自助餐的質量差了很多，咖啡如水一般，問了服務員説就是這樣的。無語。退房時留了改進字條在房間，卻無人問津，可見服務真是差了不衹一星半點。慎重選擇！
