This Hilton Garden Inn is incredibly well-equipped. I've stayed at several, but this is the only one that comes with pots, pans, cutlery, chopsticks, a microwave, a drain rack, and even a garment steamer. The room is spacious, and the balcony overlooks the lake, offering a stunning view. Parking is convenient, and there's also an infinity pool.
The front desk needs some training. Check-in lacks even the most basic instructions, requiring a series of questions and answers. Is there breakfast? Where is it served? What are the hours? Questions left unanswered are often unnecessary.

AAxiongAaronThe room is clean, the linen is hygienic, there are good tea and coffee beans and coffee equipment, the front desk customer service sister is warm and courteous, the room is comfortable, the solid wood furniture is created in a classical style, and the scenery outside the window is first-class! The breakfast restaurant is also very beautiful. I stayed for two nights. Adults and children are very satisfied. Next time if a friend travels to Danxia Mountain, we will book a homestay hotel!

GGuest UserI made a last-minute decision to go to Danxia Mountain and saw that I had booked Yunsu Hotel 8 years ago, but I hadn't called the owner to make a reservation beforehand. The owner told us to stay at Firefly Hotel instead. Back then, Firefly Hotel had just opened, and the walls and room facilities were relatively new, so it was alright. 8 years later, when I booked Firefly again, it was much older and more worn out. Water was constantly dripping from the air conditioner at the door, and the sheets seemed unwashed; they were quite itchy. The only redeeming quality was the price.

GGuest UserGood location on the main road about 2 minutes drive from the entrance to the Danxia Mountain scenic area, so easy to get to and parking is free. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the rooms and public areas although parts are unevenly maintained. Reception staff kindly upgraded to the 5th floor room (no lift but help with luggage was offered) with views of the mountain and forest, 3 balconies, bath tub and smart toilet. Breakfast was well done with excellent coffee and complimentary afternoon tea was a really nice touch. The service was excellent; really friendly and helpful.

HHezigege123Great brand, high quality, Ramada is excellent. The location is superb, close to tourist attractions, and the parking lot is large. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a business room, which I really appreciate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and the service quality was high. The restaurant on the third floor has good dishes, and the breakfast on the second floor offers a wide variety of options.

GGuest UserVery clean and warm hotel. Very big room, huge window and view to the mountains. New double windows, so very quiet. Good beds and linen, good shower. The owners are extremely helpful. The girl made us 2 days itinerary with suggestions which places to go and which routes to use. She printed out the whole A4 text that was really helpful and made markings on the mountain map. We followed only her suggestions and without them it had been difficult decide where to go.
The guy ordered us car to Shaoguan city, paid for it with his Wepay app and we paid him back using Alipay! It was so helpful of him to do it, because Alipay showed prices at around 150 RMB, Wechat only 58! We as foreigners couldn't download Wechat. Very good hotel, when visiting Danxia Mountains!

OOoiksI am a foreign traveller from Singapore. On my day of arrival on 29 December, i was greeted friendly by the front desk named Mr 小戴. He gave me a free room upgrade and answered to all my queries patiently and politely. On the second night, i seeked some help from the front desk Miss 小胡 and she too was really friendly and courteous. Thumbs up to those two people.
The room was clean, and all amenities were functioning properly except that the shower drain may be a bit clog and water may flow out when turning on full tap for shower.
The location is very close to Shaoguan railway station, just 15 minutes walk over the bridge. There are also many eateries nearby with a shopping mall just opposite of the main road.
The breakfast was sumptuous with decent amount of chinese choices in buffet style. Some oranges are available and soy drink and tea for drink.
I will definitely consider coming to this hotel again if i visit Shaoguan in the future.

GGuest UserBooked five rooms in total, with the elderly and children, there is more demand, the housekeeper manager are patiently as much as possible to meet. The accommodation is quite satisfactory, there are many bugs in the mountains at night to pay attention to close the door to prevent mosquitoes, but to the mountains is to be a little closer to nature. I didn’t take too many photos, I was basically playing with my family. There are also beekeepers near the scenic spot, who tried fresh honey and followed the housekeeper down the mountain to catch up on the fair day to see many local products sold by locals. The scenic area is not very big, but you can take children to run and play in the water. The trip is quite satisfactory.
The butler also helped send the missing stuff.

GGuest UserThe customer service lady helped to upgrade the room, the environment is OK, duplex. The fly in the ointment is that the chair is not cleaned and there is soot. There is no carpet in the bathroom, wet, the toilet is also wet, and the exhaust fan seems to have no response.
The room type is still acceptable, very close to the pedestrian street.
