酒店温泉不算很大，但泉水熱度很好。房間內也有獨立溫泉池，是真的温泉水。就是服務員太難找，只得前台一個人，但也經常不在。

環境不錯，休閑舒服，小孩喜歡玩水，平時去的温泉池都是泡池，大池水温又不夠，這裏的大池水温夠不用擔心小孩受凉，而且水質很好，晚上也看到工作人員清洗池子

入住酒店，早上起來下樓問服務員為何沒熱水，為何電梯停了。我們住四樓，有大行李。服務員説昨晚下雨，電梯壞了？！！！我心裏暗自納悶（下雨電梯會壞嗎？）但是想到也許自己運氣不好呢？我問服務員説那麼多行李怎麼辦？服務員説也沒辦法喲，衹能你自己辛苦一下啦……無語轉身準備上樓拿行李，大堂突然有客人在發火：***，你們準備攆走客人嗎？沒熱水，沒電梯，這麼熱，你們乾脆水電也停了，節約成本。這下店家不知道用了什麼法術，一分鐘之內電梯好了，熱水也來了。看來，是我們太好説話了，遇見脾氣不好的客人，他們馬上就轉變了。這樣的店家，我真沒辦法給好評。服務意識太差強人意。衹要有一個客人，我們都要保持最基本的運作，希望店家服務意識大大提高，才能有好的評價喲
