客房非常乾淨整潔，
環境：非常好交通非常方便，沈園，魯迅故居，秋瑾故居咸亨酒店近在咫尺。
服務：早餐非常豐盛，有近30種品種，花色也多。我2017年帶隊近100人曾兩次下榻該賓館，大家一致誇獎建國賓館。我這次是第三次下榻該賓館，服務態度設施依舊如故，這次有兩個快遞，賓館幫我收下，這裏尤其感謝感謝該賓館一位男先生，待客人如親人，使我們有一種回家的感覺。謝謝賓館的領導和所有的工作人員。我們又續住四天，好好欣賞紹興這座美麗城市。

節假日房價翻倍，比較老的一家賓館，設施都比較陳舊，也有積灰，但酒店地理位置不錯，出行方便，提供早餐自助的內容在同類裏也算豐富

相對比較老舊一點的賓館，父親大人説老舊一點的東西還是比新的好。設施齊全，工作人員也相對年紀大一點，但是服務好，房間隔音效果相對連鎖的某廷好很多，早上的自助早餐也比較豐盛。後續應該還會訂類似的這種賓館

酒店的設施是比較舊的，房間裏的衞生間，洗澡並不方便，酒店服務不錯，給了我們一個三人間，但是設備比較簡陋，我覺得還不如漢庭，而且價格並不低。
