"The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Shaoxing Station, passing by Yangming's Former Residence. Xixiao Road is very quiet and clean. The room had an air purifier running, so there were no unpleasant smells. I particularly liked the overhead night light. The hotel also provided body lotion, disposable toilet seat covers, and laundry detergent, which was a pleasant surprise. I especially enjoyed the breakfast here; it was very diverse (Shaoxing cuisine is generally bland, and I didn't have good luck with other local restaurants). The only drawback was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. I hope the hotel can improve that."

"The environment here is lovely, very green and lush. However, this hotel is just too dark at night. Staying in building 8, when we went out for a late-night snack and came back, there were hardly any lights outside, making it very dim. We checked in early that day and the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but the cleaning lady did an exceptionally thorough and clean job, which was really great! It's a shame the air conditioning was just too cold. My friend and I both got sick the next day. We called the front desk to adjust the temperature, but they said it's a central air conditioning system and you can only adjust the fan speed, not the actual temperature. Even setting it to 30 degrees for heating didn't help; it was practically useless."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from Cangqiao Straight Street, Lu Xun's Former Residence, Xu Wei Qing Teng Study, and Fushan Park, offering a glimpse into Shaoxing's core cultural and scenic spots. Despite being on a quiet street, the rooms are peaceful at night. The rooms are clean and tidy, and even include disposable towels and bath towels. Bottled water is available in the lobby. The front desk service is exceptionally warm and attentive, assisting with parking, providing travel planning, and recommending restaurants, making us feel the warmth of Shaoxing. Most importantly, it offers great value for money. I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was spotless, with no dust in the corners or bathroom. The bedding was soft and the pillows were just right, making for a fantastic sleep after a long day of exploring. The smart home controls throughout the room were very convenient, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise at night. The private hot spring was very secluded and perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. Definitely good value for money."

He even provided a Shaoxing travel guide with sightseeing recommendations, which was very helpful. We could ask him anything at any time during our stay. The hotel's location and environment are excellent; it's just a 5-minute walk to Lu Xun's former residence. It's a great hotel for travelers! Highly recommended!"

"This was my second stay here, and overall, it was quite good. The hotel is located right in the bustling Shaoxing Tiandi, yet the guest rooms are surprisingly quiet, and the mattress is very comfortable. I got a great night's sleep. The room amenities are decent, though I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a bathtub. Among the toiletries, the toothbrush felt cheap, but the rest were fine. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is good, and the freshly baked bread was delicious. The omelets, however, probably suffered because the chef was overwhelmed by the crowd during the holiday; they looked a bit messy. I didn't give full marks for cleanliness because of the public areas. With more people in the restaurant during the holiday, the cleaning couldn't quite keep up, and the floor was visibly greasy."

"I've stayed here three or four times already. Whenever I need a place to stay in Yuecheng, this is my go-to pet-friendly hotel. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and they always provide a welcome gift and fruit upon check-in. Parking is easy, and they even have slow chargers. This time, even though there were plenty of vacant rooms, they upgraded our room type, which was a new experience. Since we were in a private hot spring room, they even delivered our takeout right to the door. If you don't know where to stay, just blindly choose Cuiyin~"

She was very careful and reminded me of the parking fee, room card, etc. This job requires such a careful and talkative employee. I finally figured it out when the car came up from the basement. "I couldn't help but take photos the day I checked in, thinking I must leave a good review: Wen Du Yuan – the 'warmth' really comes through in the details. Things like the clothes drying rack near the air conditioner vent, the laundry room on each floor (with hand-washing sinks and dryers), small meeting rooms, and a shared kitchen (not heavily used, but definitely convenient for those with babies). The bathroom fixtures are quite smart, and the direct drinking water and ice maker are big pluses! 👍🏻 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing. Oh, and the breakfast has a great variety and everything tastes good; the congee was clearly made with care. The chef was very enthusiastic, hats off to them! Just a small suggestion: the gym is missing some heavier dumbbells. Could you add options like 15-15.25-15.75-20 (kg) for guests who need them? (Awaiting your feedback). Thank you for your excellent service!"

"The hotel is located in the bustling area of Keqiao New District, where dining and entertainment are concentrated, although Keqiao New District is far away from the central city. The hotel room I booked was an executive suite, which was more than 60 square meters and was relatively comfortable. During the National Day, the room price rose to 570 yuan, and the room decoration was average. There are three people living there, but they are always given 2 pairs of slippers each time. Only after contacting the front desk will they be given an additional pair. I don’t know why. But the breakfast coupon turned out to be for 2 people. The front desk was very polite and gave me a breakfast coupon for 1 person."

"Facilities: I checked in quite late and just had a quick look before resting. The facilities were satisfactory, well-maintained, and felt quite new. Cleanliness: There was no strange smell when I entered the room. Everything was good. The pet-friendly aspect was a big plus. Environment: It's a large hotel. Parking can be a bit tricky to navigate. The surrounding area isn't great, but it doesn't affect the hotel's internal environment, which is very good. Service: The staff were all very friendly. I added them on WeChat, and they answered all my questions."
