Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

YYamijiThe room was very clean. The breakfast selection was plentiful. The dining environment was pleasant. Parking was convenient. Because I was traveling with a child and was in a rush, a young man who seemed to be the manager of the breakfast restaurant kindly packed breakfast for my child, which was very thoughtful. I was very touched. The baby tableware was adorable. The child's toothpaste and toothbrush were also provided. I would definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserTraveling with kids, the main goal is to avoid unnecessary detours. The hotel's location is excellent; you can take a Wupeng boat right outside, and it's not far from any of the attractions.
It might have been the Qingming holiday, so the breakfast area was quite crowded, but every staff member was very diligent and responsible, and the food was replenished promptly. On the last day, there were probably fewer tourists, and the supervisor at the restaurant's front desk and Sister Xiao Yan even made beautiful yogurts for us. We were very happy ❤️

XXiaotangyuanmamaThanks for the room upgrade! The room was very clean and had a big bathtub by the window. We received welcome fruits upon check-in and different souvenir gifts for men and women when we left. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and it's right next to Baolong Plaza! Overall, it was a very comfortable trip!

GGuest User過年來嵊州旅遊，客觀的説，酒店地理位置不錯，離越秀路和古城牆東前街步行就能到，房間設施衞生都還不錯，但是，重點來了： 1.入住的時候前台給了兩張卡，一張是房卡，一張是取電卡。但是不巧，給我們的取電卡是失效的，導致我們誤把房卡插上取電，出門的時候帶了失效的取電卡。回房間的時候，開了門幾次不行 ，這是一女性服務員，過來看了後，帶着説教的口吻説：這是取電卡，你們拿着取電卡，開一天，這門也打不開的。***!後來她用萬能門卡打開後，發現取電卡確實失效，給我們換了張。這個説教的態度…，大家自行腦補。2.酒店有大型的餐飲宴席，樓面一半是餐飲包房，一半是客房，還有卡拉OK，房間的隔音啊😱，啥曲目聽得一清二楚，夜夜笙歌。所以，如果節假日要來的，大家考慮清楚吧，停車難，環境嘈雜。上述真實客觀評價，供大家參考。

CCherry WeddelI thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together.
While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.
