GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

GGuest UserAtour continues to impress with its excellent environment, top-notch service, great amenities, and outstanding value for money. This was my first time in Shaoxing, and the location is incredibly convenient, right by the lake, offering amazing air and surroundings. It's also quick to get to the city center by metro in the morning. I returned a bit late, and they were kind enough to extend my check-out until 3 PM. If I get the chance to visit again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Ssp009The hotel is conveniently located near Guazhu Lake, making it easy to access attractions like Keqiao and Keyan. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and you can enjoy evening strolls by the lake. The room decor matches the promotional pictures, with complete facilities and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom; the shower was particularly comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. The breakfast was quite varied, featuring local specialties like noodles with toppings such as spicy pork and shredded pork with preserved vegetables. The service was also very attentive. For those driving, just inform the front desk of your license plate number before you leave. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's not far from various attractions, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. The breakfast offers a good variety and is quite decent. The facilities seem a bit old but are very clean, offering good value for money.

HHaohaoyanyanThe hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. There's even tea served in the lobby. Our room was clean and tidy with complete amenities, and we slept wonderfully thanks to the quiet surroundings at night. The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, with a good variety of fruits. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Shaoxing Line 1 (G) exit, and attractions like Cangqiao Old Street and Bazi Bridge are just a short walk away.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

SSteadySyriaA Great Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji with my two kids, and it turned out to be such a warm and wonderful experience.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel right at home. When my phone couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, they patiently helped me get it sorted out quickly. They also recommended some amazing local snacks in Zhuji, which was really thoughtful.
What made our stay even more special was the breakfast the next morning—we got to try the famous Xishi Tofu! It was so delicious and interesting to taste this local delicacy, especially since I learned that Xishi is one of the Four Great Beauties in ancient Chinese history.
Both the room and the lobby were spotlessly clean. The lobby was spacious, and there was a claw machine that my kids loved—they played there for ages and had a blast.
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zhuji. We had a great time and will surely come back!
