GGuest UserWe were there the weekend of 8/22. My 14-year-old daughter wrote this.
The hotel room environment was very scenic and well structured, providing a view from a balcony and multiple windows. The indoor layout design is also well organized, including adjacent separate rooms for a shower, sink, and toilet. However, the door to the toilet should be closed carefully since it tends to slam shut. The raised platform with a desk and seat is convenient for working. The room was equipped with sufficient lighting and air conditioning for the hot weather. Outside, the food vendors were available for purchasing meals, along with the wide selection of breakfast choices in the cafeteria. For entertainment, there are stores selling merchandise outside, and some musical performances.

TTuvshinbayar SI recently stayed at “Maison” and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was warm and professional.
The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant team, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist. Whether it was recommending local attractions or accommodating special requests, they made sure my stay was flawless.
I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

MM45501****We went to Shaoxing, which is quite close to Shanghai, for the last two days of the October Golden Week holiday. We took our child to explore, and the tourist spots weren't too crowded, except for Lu Xun's former residence, where parking was difficult during the day; other places were fine. I especially recommend this hotel; the service is excellent, and it's just a two-minute walk from Keqiao Ancient Town. Highly recommended!

But it was first time staying this hotel in China.
Except there were no stove and cooking tools, other things were great as expected.
I especially loved the strong shower and was impressed by the staff named Herman who was very kind to call a taxi for me.
I'll definately stay here again.

MM320641****The location is within the scenic area, with Internet celebrity Grandpa's Bookstore, Mochi Wang Xizhi's former residence, and Cai Yuanpei's former residence not far around the corner. There is a hill in Jishan Academy that is good to climb. The hotel environment is elegant, the waiters are warm and welcoming, and the aunties will say hello when they meet. The breakfast is very good, especially the Tremella Soup with Lotus Seeds, and the afternoon tea is even more amazing. It's also very convenient to go to Cangqiao Zhi Street, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. It's a very good experience and I recommend it to my friends. Special thanks to SF Express for helping me pull things down.

CChrisLocated on the 18th floor so take advantage of the convenience store to the right before you get on the elevator. Beautiful bright rooms, amazingly comfy mattress, nice flooring, big windows that take advantage of the elevation, smart TV, fast wifi and I like that the outlets beside the bed don’t require the key near the door: it’s easy to charge electronics when you’re out. Staff was great. Lots of Hellobikes in front.
As for the negatives, this place badly needs robot butlers as I got sick of fetching my deliveries from the lobby. Only a toothbrush kit and comb for dry amenities. Breakfast was unimpressive but cheap. No coffee at breakfast.
Overall I thought this place offered good value despite its downfalls and I’d recommend it.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

There was a charging station at the entrance of the supermarket downstairs, which was very convenient, and charging was very cheap during specific time periods.

__WeChat260936****The hotel's facilities are all very new, with a gym and a small garden on the fourth floor. After a workout, you can enjoy the night view from the garden. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, smiling and greeting even those passing by. The lobby has a large seating area with free drinks and self-service coffee. The room was clean, odor-free, and the mattress was very comfortable, which I loved. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially near the Xishi Hometown Scenic Area. The breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.
