DDahongqiqiuThe service was excellent. After checking in, the hotel arranged for a buggy to take us to the scenic area entrance or the boat dock whenever we left or returned to the hotel. When the restaurant heard I was vegetarian, they specially prepared two vegetarian dishes for me on the spot. The hotel's design has a very Zen feel, and it's located within Luzhen, nestled between Jianhu Lake and Keyan Scenic Area, just a ten-minute taxi ride from Keyan Ancient Town. Right outside the hotel is the Twin-Sided Stage, with a small bridge and flowing water in front. Our room was even upgraded for free. The hotel is clean and came with two tiny courtyards where you could sit and enjoy tea. They use disposable liners for the electric kettles, which shows great consideration for guests. Staying for two days felt a bit too short this time; we didn't have enough time to relax at the hotel.

ZZHujiujieYesterday, I visited Keqiao, Shaoxing, and stayed at the Atour Hotel Keqiao. The overall experience was simply incredible! The front desk staff were exceptionally good – not only enthusiastic and professional, but they also helped me check in early. Their hospitality was so incredibly warm and thoughtful, it almost made me feel 'overheated' with gratitude, even on such a hot day! The room was spacious and bright, well-designed, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The hotel's location is truly superb; just a few minutes' walk takes you to the beautiful Guazhu Lake. In the morning, a stroll along the lakeside offers fresh air and stunning sunrise views; in the evening, watching the sunset cast its glow on the water creates another romantic scene. Shopping nearby is also very convenient, with Pearl Plaza and Wanda Plaza just a stone's throw away. Atour Hotel Keqiao, Shaoxing, is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers! Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed and perfectly sized pillows. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a strong shower pressure and high-quality toiletries. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were also a thoughtful touch.
The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and attentive, promptly responding to customer needs.
Furthermore, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi with a stable and fast connection, which is a great convenience for business travelers.

AAnonymous UserThe quadrangle courtyard is quiet and beautiful, and the latex pillows and mattress really improve sleep quality. The service is very attentive. The only thing is that the echoes of people talking in the courtyard at night are quite loud. The breakfast variety could also be a bit more extensive.

__ZFB208800225176****The hotel is located in the West Street of the Shusheng Hometown Scenic Area, and the surrounding Lanting Ji and Ding Laixing eat and frugal. The hotel is within walking distance to various attractions, quiet in the middle of noisy, and the internal environment is very atmospheric. The national style afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious, and the children especially like mint Mulian tofu. The hotel can also be an old fan of the paint bridge, very satisfied!

GGuest UserThis time I was on a business trip to Shaoxing and stayed here. It was quite convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and a laundry room, so I could wash my clothes on the go without having to bring dirty clothes home. The hotel also provides breakfast, which tasted good. I highly recommend it to everyone.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

SSteadySyriaA Great Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji with my two kids, and it turned out to be such a warm and wonderful experience.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel right at home. When my phone couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, they patiently helped me get it sorted out quickly. They also recommended some amazing local snacks in Zhuji, which was really thoughtful.
What made our stay even more special was the breakfast the next morning—we got to try the famous Xishi Tofu! It was so delicious and interesting to taste this local delicacy, especially since I learned that Xishi is one of the Four Great Beauties in ancient Chinese history.
Both the room and the lobby were spotlessly clean. The lobby was spacious, and there was a claw machine that my kids loved—they played there for ages and had a blast.
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zhuji. We had a great time and will surely come back!
