Staying at the Shaoxing Wenduyuan Hotel was an excellent overall experience and offered great value for money. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, with staff who were kind and enthusiastic. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The warm touches in the details made us feel very comfortable. The dining options were a highlight. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, and the flavors were light and palatable. There were also several choices of simple meals and snacks, all delicious, perfectly meeting our dining needs while traveling. The hotel's overall ambiance was elegant, with expansive views from the windows and pleasant surrounding scenery, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Daily strolls and sightseeing were very enjoyable. However, there's some room for improvement in the room's interior configurations. Some facilities were a bit basic, and the soft furnishings, storage layout, and electrical appliance details could be optimized and refined. Overall, despite these minor room imperfections, this hotel stands out in terms of service, dining, and views. It's highly recommended, and with a few small improvements, the stay experience would be even better.

There are many parking spaces inside the hotel and it is convenient to travel by car. There are not many places to eat around, so you have to drive to nearby shopping malls or streets to eat.

The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

For example, taking a bath, not only the water heat is large, but also sitting and adjusting to any position. The design of the drying clothes rack is very reasonable. The quality of the staff is high and the service is good. You can imagine that the boss is a high IQ, hardworking and capable person. Next time you come to Xinchang, you will still live here!

It was really amazing as soon as I entered the door, the environment was particularly good, it was the best surrounding environment, and the price was very high. I stayed for three days, the washing machine plus drying, and there was nothing wrong with changing clothes.

The procedures in front of the hotel are very simple and fast, the staff is very enthusiastic and professional] help me choose the car, debugging the height, and the charge is cheap. The best thing is the hotel's carefully prepared riding road map! The leisure route around the lake is about 4 kilometers, very safe, and the scenery is beautiful. You can see the lake along the road. The map guide is clear, so you don't have to worry about getting lost. Cycling along the lake in the morning, the breeze is blowing, the birds and flowers are fragrant, so pleasant! The hotel room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service staff were generally enthusiastic] was also satisfactory.  If you like riding, or want to try a relaxing and enjoyable ride, Huazhu Village Shengzhou Hot Spring Lake Resort is definitely the ideal choice! Professional facilities, intimate service and excellent route planning make riding the most memorable part of this stay. Highly recommended, will come again next time!
