"The room was very clean and spacious, with good lighting. The service was excellent; the front desk even provided hot bottled water, and the breakfast was delicious. When I first arrived, the receptionist thoughtfully put a protective cover on my ID card đ„șđ„șđ„ș. The hotel's location is also great, perfectly matching my impression of a Jiangnan water town."

"Staying at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, I booked a suite and an executive twin room. They helped me coordinate the rooms, and both had beautiful floor-to-ceiling window balconies. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, which was very convenient. Both rooms came with complimentary welcome fruit and a thoughtful little card from the hotel. The welcome ceremony was very elaborate and full of flair. Also, due to a change in my itinerary, the hotel kindly assisted with a checkout adjustment, which was very considerate and deserves high praise."

GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

The resortâs cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resortâs commitment to hospitality.
As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resortâs pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories.
This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether youâre hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable.

MM294207****Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and relatively new. My room didn't have a fridge. A plus is that you can log in directly to watch anything on the TV box, and the internet speed is good.
Cleanliness: Generally quite clean; even the corners were taken care of.
Environment: The location is decent. It's near Cangqiao Old Street, close to Lu Xun's former residence and next to Xu Wei's former residence. It feels like it's in the middle of all the popular attractions. The distance is probably between 1-3 kilometers. If the weather were cooler, you could easily walk, but it's been too hot during my stay, except for Cangqiao Old Street which is very close. I really love the room; it seems like an old house? It's a Chinese-style room with exposed beams and pillars. Lying in bed looking at the high beams, I think it's beautiful and doesn't feel oppressive.
Service: Pretty good; quick responses on WeChat.
Shaoxing snacks: They even gave me a coupon for stinky tofu from a shop at Lu Xun's former residence, which was authentic. When I went, the sister there also gave me fennel beans.

GGuest UserTraveling with kids, the main goal is to avoid unnecessary detours. The hotel's location is excellent; you can take a Wupeng boat right outside, and it's not far from any of the attractions.
It might have been the Qingming holiday, so the breakfast area was quite crowded, but every staff member was very diligent and responsible, and the food was replenished promptly. On the last day, there were probably fewer tourists, and the supervisor at the restaurant's front desk and Sister Xiao Yan even made beautiful yogurts for us. We were very happy â€ïž

Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, offering beautiful photo opportunities that easily rival popular scenic spots, but with a uniqueæ±ć (Jiangnan) style. A special shout-out to Mr. Chen Fu, our shuttle driver. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, amidst a heavy downpour, and the shuttle service was almost ending. He thoughtfully covered our sleeping child with a towel to prevent them from getting wet. After dropping us off, he walked us to our room, holding an umbrella and even helped with our luggage. Such a small act of kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thumbs up to him! At checkout, Ms. Xiao Xie from the concierge was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage to the car and proactively assisting with the checkout process. Big praises for her! Assistant Lobby Manager Mr. Xiao LĂŒ also had a wonderful attitude. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out different room types! Shaoxing is truly beautiful!

MM478726****I was really satisfied with the room; it offered great value for money. This guesthouse is quite unique, located within an ancient building. Best of all, there was no formaldehyde smell from renovations, which I'm very sensitive to. While it might be a bit old and small, the overall experience was excellent. They even have their own restaurant, which hosts events every night at 9 PM, like movie screenings, dancing, and releasing river lanterns. The value here is truly unbeatable. Plus, the location is superb â just a 3-minute walk to Lu Xun's Former Residence, right within the scenic area. Highly recommend it, it's really good!
