"Overall, a great stay! They offer a generous afternoon tea with seasonal fruits, fennel beans, and a pot of yellow wine, which gives it a wonderful local flavor. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and both the mini wontons and 'mien bobo' (steamed buns) were delicious. The location is excellent, with the front facing the street and the back opening onto the river; there's even a spot where you can sit by the river and enjoy the breeze. My only minor complaint is that the room window was a bit small and faced the street, limiting the view. Also, the dog barking at night was a bit noisy."

"The room was very clean and spacious, with good lighting. The service was excellent; the front desk even provided hot bottled water, and the breakfast was delicious. When I first arrived, the receptionist thoughtfully put a protective cover on my ID card 🥺🥺🥺. The hotel's location is also great, perfectly matching my impression of a Jiangnan water town."

"What a pleasant surprise! This hotel is a hidden gem. It's tucked away and a bit hard to find, but their service is top-notch. They contacted us the day before, asking about our travel plans and if we were bringing elderly, children, or pets. Since we always travel with our furry friend, their pet-friendly policy was a huge deciding factor. The hotel is nestled within an old residential area, blending in perfectly without any sense of incongruity – it felt like discovering a new world in a bustling district. The surroundings are surprisingly quiet with low foot traffic. Even better, it's incredibly close to all the popular attractions, which meant we didn't have to trek far to enjoy the sights, while still having a peaceful retreat at the hotel. This was definitely the highlight for our family. The courtyard, with its charming bridges and flowing water, had a lovely spring-like vibe, perfect for artsy photos. After a long day of exploring, instead of going straight to our room, we relaxed by the pool, soaking up the sun – so serene and utterly relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean, and I loved the subtle, pleasant fragrance. The color scheme in the room was particularly appealing, both stylish and cozy. With the pool right outside the window and plenty of sunshine streaming in, it was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was quite varied, featuring many local specialties. The 'yinggao' (rice cake) was absolutely delicious; I ate three pieces myself! The handmade 'xiaohuntun' (mini wontons) prepared by the auntie were also incredibly fresh and flavorful – you could tell the ingredients were top-quality. P.S. It was a bit busy during breakfast, and the wontons and pumpkin 'miangeda' (dough drops) were made fresh to order, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although they accidentally gave our bowl of miangeda to another guest, they quickly prepared a new one for us. We totally understand that mistakes happen sometimes, and we still really enjoyed it. We visit Shaoxing frequently and will definitely be back if we get the chance. We highly, highly recommend this hotel!"

"The entire facility is well-equipped and new. The room is spacious and bright, and the beds are very clean. The water dispenser and bathroom facilities all work well. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting is appropriate, and the internet is stable. Overall, it's clean and tidy, and the facilities are well-maintained. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered the room. The large windows offered a view of lush greenery, and when I arrived, it was raining, making everything look vibrant and full of life. Lying on the bed and listening to the raindrops hitting the leaves was actually quite therapeutic. The room facilities were also comprehensive; the bath towels were neatly folded, and there were clean bathrobes hanging, ready to be used after a shower. You could then order a special cocktail from the hotel, watch the light rain outside the window, feel the gentle breeze, and truly feel immersed in nature, with all your worries simply fading away. I also have to praise other aspects of the hotel. The entire place has an antique charm, yet it's impeccably clean, clearly showing the effort put into maintenance. The hotel staff are also very personable, making interactions relaxed and enjoyable. Time seemed to slow down at the hotel, as if the outside world had nothing to do with me. I'll definitely come back here to experience its beauty again the next time I need to clear my head."

It's very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities are new, and it offers great value for money. My whole family was very satisfied."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! Every corner of the hotel is picturesque, offering beautiful photo opportunities that easily rival popular scenic spots, but with a unique江南 (Jiangnan) style. A special shout-out to Mr. Chen Fu, our shuttle driver. We arrived quite late, around 10 PM, amidst a heavy downpour, and the shuttle service was almost ending. He thoughtfully covered our sleeping child with a towel to prevent them from getting wet. After dropping us off, he walked us to our room, holding an umbrella and even helped with our luggage. Such a small act of kindness truly warmed our hearts. Thumbs up to him! At checkout, Ms. Xiao Xie from the concierge was incredibly attentive, helping us with our luggage to the car and proactively assisting with the checkout process. Big praises for her! Assistant Lobby Manager Mr. Xiao Lü also had a wonderful attitude. We're definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out different room types! Shaoxing is truly beautiful!"

"An elderly couple, we returned to our hometown Shaoxing to pay respects to our ancestors. Last year, we also booked this hotel for two nights. The location is great, and we felt it offered good value for money. Plus, we have a soft spot for Wyndham (we've booked the Wyndham Suzhou Wujiang Zhiyin for Chinese New Year's Eve for several years now). Miss Ding Wenqian at the front desk even gave us a complimentary upgrade, which I believe meant a larger room. Da Yu Ling (Yu the Great's Mausoleum) is just across the road. Crucially, her attitude was very kind and approachable. The lobby decor is also quite grand. Compared to the price, the breakfast was really good – a buffet with both Chinese and Western options. We'll definitely book this hotel again next year."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable bedding – perfect for business travelers! The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the front desk offered 24-hour printing services. The mattress provided great support, and with breakfast available at 6 AM, catching an early flight was stress-free. Even the grout between the tiles was sparkling clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff. A minor flaw with the toothbrush didn't detract from an otherwise superb experience! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering tourist guides. This place offers incredible value for money; I highly recommend it!"

"A highly recommended hotel for art and literature lovers! The lobby is incredibly well-designed, with every corner being photo-worthy. Even just sitting down for a cup of tea feels comfortable. The location is exceptional, just a stone's throw from Cangqiao Straight Street and Shusheng Guli. Shared bikes are right outside, making it easy to cycle around and enjoy the beautiful old city of Shaoxing. The free Hanfu experience was amazing; the Hanfu provided by 'Jiuguniang' was of great quality and the styles were new. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the XiaoDu smart assistant is super useful for controlling lights and curtains by voice, freeing up your hands. The front desk service was warm and attentive.
