Kaiyuan Guantang hotels have never disappointed, and this stay at Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang was just as excellent! The hotel is nestled at the foot of Dayu Ling mountain and is essentially an ancient village, a vivid depiction of small bridges, flowing water, and homes—a perfect place to relax and unwind! They have shuttle carts, and the staff service is exceptional and very warm-hearted! They helped us with our luggage and even pushed the wheelchair for the elderly. Special thanks to Xiao Du (Du Jingchao), Xiao Zhu (Zhu Biao), and other service staff who ensured we were always picked up and dropped off precisely where we needed to be! They left us with no worries! Xiao Lü's follow-up call was also very thoughtful! This vacation was truly wonderful and delightful!

Our self-drive trip to Shaoxing was made even better by our stay at the Dingxiang Garden Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. It's a hidden gem perfectly tailored for travelers exploring by car. The location is ideal, right next to the Kuaiji Mountain Resort and close to the expressway, making it super convenient to arrive by car. The hotel offers its own free parking with plenty of spaces, even for larger vehicles, saving you the hassle of searching for parking. The overall ambiance is like a secret garden retreat. The Jiangnan-style courtyard, with its white walls and dark tiles, is built alongside a lake. The courtyards are full of lush flowers and plants, with winding paths, and the air is fresh – a truly tranquil and healing escape from the hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Driving to all the main attractions takes only about ten minutes, making for a very comfortable pace for sightseeing. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and friends traveling by car. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Shaoxing.

It's an ideal choice for a weekend getaway, family trip, or cultural experience. The staff are all very polite, and the complimentary late-night mung bean soup is delicious. I'm already planning my next visit for autumn!

The environment is good, very quiet and very suitable for living. Hotel service attitude is very good both day and night. Transportation to the city is also very convenient to take a taxi. Overall very good.

It was so frustrating. The Ctrip interface marked two 1.8-meter beds, but when I was ready to go to sleep, I found out that the bed downstairs was only 1.5-meter. I was too lazy to bother and just slept for the night. The guest rooms are very far from the lobby and you need to drive there yourself. . There was no one on duty in the lobby of the guest rooms, no one arranged for electric vehicles to pick us up, and no one cared about a group of old people smoking and playing cards in the lobby. Fortunately, when I got off the car, there was a young man next to me who came to help me with the luggage. Otherwise, as the parking lot is a short distance from the guest room, I wouldn’t know what to do. In addition, I thought it was a resort and there wouldn't be any vehicles passing through. However, in the second half of the night, there were still electric bikes and cars on the road outside the room, which was really disappointing. Will not stay again, far below expectations.

Housekeeping responded promptly to requests, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite. Overall, my stay far exceeded my expectations.

The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable hot water. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel has many highlights, such as the convenient scheduled shuttle service and the rich variety of options at the breakfast buffet. They also offer thoughtful services like free laundry and robot delivery. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and friendly, with staff who were humble and attentive. We even received complimentary welcome snacks upon arrival, making it a heartwarming experience in every detail. Overall, the value for money is superb, making it suitable for both family trips and short getaways. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel environment is very good. Jinghu Wetland Park is nearby. The room is spacious and well-equipped. It is convenient to use. The front desk service is very thoughtful. Although I arrived at the hotel very late, the reception staff was still very enthusiastic. The lunch I had in the hotel tasted good and the price was reasonable. I will come again when I travel on business in the future.

The restaurant area is not big, but it has everything you need, which is also very good. When checking in, the front desk took the initiative to pour juice for everyone to drink, which was very polite. Overall it was pretty good.
