I was very satisfied with this stay. As soon as I entered the room, I could tell how meticulously clean it was; every corner was tidy and fresh, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple and efficient. Any issues I raised were promptly addressed. The room had good soundproofing, so it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The overall environment was comfortable, and it offered great value for money, making my entire trip feel very secure and peaceful.

Our self-drive trip to Shaoxing was made even better by our stay at the Dingxiang Garden Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. It's a hidden gem perfectly tailored for travelers exploring by car. The location is ideal, right next to the Kuaiji Mountain Resort and close to the expressway, making it super convenient to arrive by car. The hotel offers its own free parking with plenty of spaces, even for larger vehicles, saving you the hassle of searching for parking. The overall ambiance is like a secret garden retreat. The Jiangnan-style courtyard, with its white walls and dark tiles, is built alongside a lake. The courtyards are full of lush flowers and plants, with winding paths, and the air is fresh – a truly tranquil and healing escape from the hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Driving to all the main attractions takes only about ten minutes, making for a very comfortable pace for sightseeing. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and friends traveling by car. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Shaoxing.

It's an ideal choice for a weekend getaway, family trip, or cultural experience. The staff are all very polite, and the complimentary late-night mung bean soup is delicious. I'm already planning my next visit for autumn!

The environment is good, very quiet and very suitable for living. Hotel service attitude is very good both day and night. Transportation to the city is also very convenient to take a taxi. Overall very good.

It was so frustrating. The Ctrip interface marked two 1.8-meter beds, but when I was ready to go to sleep, I found out that the bed downstairs was only 1.5-meter. I was too lazy to bother and just slept for the night. The guest rooms are very far from the lobby and you need to drive there yourself. . There was no one on duty in the lobby of the guest rooms, no one arranged for electric vehicles to pick us up, and no one cared about a group of old people smoking and playing cards in the lobby. Fortunately, when I got off the car, there was a young man next to me who came to help me with the luggage. Otherwise, as the parking lot is a short distance from the guest room, I wouldn’t know what to do. In addition, I thought it was a resort and there wouldn't be any vehicles passing through. However, in the second half of the night, there were still electric bikes and cars on the road outside the room, which was really disappointing. Will not stay again, far below expectations.

The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient to visit all the major attractions. With thoughtful and attentive service combined with a comfortable living environment, it's an excellent choice for accommodation during your travels.

The room was spacious and bright with good soundproofing, so I slept very well. The hotel environment is elegant, and the toiletries are complete. A perfect experience! The facilities are comprehensive, offering great value for money, and the service was gentle and meticulous. The hygiene was excellent. I highly recommend it! I originally booked for two days, but due to a typhoon, I had to leave a day early. The Ctrip app was incredibly difficult to use, but the front desk staff patiently helped me modify my order. There's an indoor half-court basketball court and a gym, which you can use freely. I was prepared to play basketball if I couldn't go out – definitely the top choice for any basketball boy!

This was an absolutely delightful experience! We stayed here with our child during the summer holidays, and the front desk even upgraded us to a separate room for the little one. After two days, I can confidently say that the hotel's facilities and everything we saw were fantastic! Truly impeccable! From the warm and thoughtful shuttle bus driver who assisted with our check-in, to the two excellent gentlemen at the hotel lobby who helped us settle in, to the kind and friendly hotel staff, and the abundant hotel breakfast – especially those handmade wontons, they were absolutely delicious! All of these things left us with wonderful memories, and we are deeply grateful!!

The hotel environment is very good. Jinghu Wetland Park is nearby. The room is spacious and well-equipped. It is convenient to use. The front desk service is very thoughtful. Although I arrived at the hotel very late, the reception staff was still very enthusiastic. The lunch I had in the hotel tasted good and the price was reasonable. I will come again when I travel on business in the future.
