This was one of the most satisfying hotels we chose for our trip. What really impressed me was the hotel's motto: 'Humanized details!', visible at the front desk, in the rooms, and even on the key cards. This principle was fully reflected in the staff's service and the room's amenities. It was my first time experiencing staff showing us the room beforehand to see if we were satisfied; my first time seeing special hooks under the air conditioning vent for guests to hang clothes; and the upgraded room even came with a massage chair, simple fitness equipment, various fast-charging cables, and an adjustable tea table... The front desk also offered various flavors of free popsicles, which could be delivered to the room with just a phone call! Everything was geared towards guest service at this hotel, truly living up to its name, 'Source of Warmth!' It would be absolutely perfect if the breakfast could be improved a bit more. 🤓👍

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and highly recommend the comfortable environment and excellent service. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the overall service was equally excellent. The front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic, not only helping me find the place to go, but also patiently assisting me to print out multiple important documents. Overall, this is a hotel that is very good in terms of room quality and service, I will definitely stay again. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel has many highlights, such as the convenient scheduled shuttle service and the rich variety of options at the breakfast buffet. They also offer thoughtful services like free laundry and robot delivery. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and friendly, with staff who were humble and attentive. We even received complimentary welcome snacks upon arrival, making it a heartwarming experience in every detail. Overall, the value for money is superb, making it suitable for both family trips and short getaways. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I came alone this time to clear my mind, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. The single room was more spacious than I expected, and the wood tones made it feel very cozy, completely eliminating any sense of unfamiliarity. The floor-to-ceiling window overlooked the rooftops of the old town, and with light music playing in my headphones, the feeling of tranquility was simply indescribable. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the water pressure was great, making a hot shower after a day of exploring incredibly refreshing. The soundproofing was good, so I slept very well. Plus, the WiFi was fast. It's perfect for anyone looking for some quiet solitude; I'll definitely be back.

I brought my family here for a staycation and was delighted to see the hotel offers pet-friendly rooms. We brought our Shiba Inu puppy along! The hotel environment is fantastic. We stayed in an apartment suite, which had a dog bed and a small blanket prepared for our pup – all from high-quality brands, very well-made and comfortable. A special thanks to Manager Kong, who was incredibly attentive after learning we had a dog. All the staff here are very friendly and welcoming towards dogs. The Suning Plaza across the street is also pet-friendly, and it's a short and convenient walk. Breakfast was extensive and clearly prepared with great care, offering a wide variety of options. The room decor is also lovely, and it's spotlessly clean.

I booked a twin room, and it was spacious and very clean, with a separate wet and dry area. The bedding felt brand new and was very comfortable to sleep on. The front desk staff provided excellent service; they were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time. Five stars!

The room was spacious and bright with good soundproofing, so I slept very well. The hotel environment is elegant, and the toiletries are complete. A perfect experience! The facilities are comprehensive, offering great value for money, and the service was gentle and meticulous. The hygiene was excellent. I highly recommend it! I originally booked for two days, but due to a typhoon, I had to leave a day early. The Ctrip app was incredibly difficult to use, but the front desk staff patiently helped me modify my order. There's an indoor half-court basketball court and a gym, which you can use freely. I was prepared to play basketball if I couldn't go out – definitely the top choice for any basketball boy!
