The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathtub also had a leakage problem, so it could not really be used for a relaxing soak. Another major concern was the noise every morning. My room was located on the 17th floor, directly below the canteen on the 18th floor. From early morning onwards, there were constant sounds of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor, which was very disruptive and made it hard to rest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger provided in the room. Even when I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, housekeeping staff still knocked on my door repeatedly to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. On one occasion, staff knocked loudly at around 9 a.m. while I was still sleeping, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the hotel offers self-service laundry facilities. The washing machines cleaned clothes well and the dryers worked effectively. There is also a gym with good equipment, as well as snooker and table tennis facilities, which provided enjoyable recreational options during the stay. Overall, the facilities were good, but the noise and housekeeping issues need improvement.

It is very convenient to stay on business trips, just beside the high-speed exit, and the traffic is worry-free. The hotel is well-equipped and easy to use, the service is warm and thoughtful, there is a night market next to it, close to the shopping mall, it is very convenient in leisure time, the overall experience is great!

The hair dryer in the hotel is a bit old, and the service is nothing to say. Star-rated hotels are just different. My husband insisted on bringing a cantaloupe when he was on a business trip. He forgot how to eat it. I asked the hotel front desk and immediately arranged for a waiter to come to the room to help us cut the fruit. Thank you both. The service staff (Shen Liying, Wang Junfen) are warm and thoughtful! 👍

The room is clean and tidy. The location is good in the center of the district. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk service is warm and the check-in is also very fast. There is a Starbucks on the first floor. The breakfast is very good. It is cost-effective and is the first choice for business trips

Nice hotel to stay. Lot of shopping malls in the vicinity of the hotel.. Lot of restaurants in nearby vicinity.

I booked this hotel for the music festival, and it's incredibly close to Shaoxing East Railway Station—you can see the station just outside! It's also not far from the festival venue, only a little over a kilometer away. It's also quite close to Shangyu Wanda Plaza, where you can easily find food. The room was very clean and tidy. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel has a great location! There is free parking! There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the breakfast variety is very good, which is very good for people on business trips! Very satisfied!

First of all, the hotel's location is quite good. Upon entering, the lobby is luxurious, elegant, spacious, and bright. Overall, the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel receptionists and other staff are very friendly and helpful. The room facilities are quite complete, and the price is reasonable for the local area, offering good value for money. I would choose this hotel again on my next trip.
