Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

Staying at the end of the year, the hotel's Christmas atmosphere was absolutely fantastic! 🎄 The Christmas decorations in the lobby were warm yet understated, creating a relaxed festive feel from the moment you entered. What impressed me most about this stay was the hotel's attention to detail. The tea bags in the room weren't the usual cheap brands; curling up on the sofa in the evening, sipping tea while watching TV, was truly relaxing. The bathroom toiletries were from the prestigious Natura Bisse brand – a huge plus that elevated the bathing experience significantly. The public areas were also thoughtfully designed, especially the connecting lounge area. It wasn't just a simple passageway, but rather decorated like a social living room, perfect for waiting for friends or simply relaxing for a while. Overall, this is a hotel that impresses with its attention to detail. From the visible lobby decorations to the useful toiletries, and every comfortable corner, everything was meticulously crafted. It was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Choosing Anlan Xinchang for the Dragon Boat Festival, I got to relax amidst the misty mountain wilderness. For a domestic mountain retreat hotel, it's really quite good. Some minor imperfections weren't deal-breakers for me, as my main needs were all met. Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child. He was incredibly thoughtful from before our arrival until our departure! Huge thumbs up! The buggy was also available on call, even during the Dragon Boat Festival, and arrived very quickly. The room cleaning aunties were also warm and smiling. Despite the rain, they diligently changed linens and provided supplies, and every evening we received Madeleines and different drinks, like iced mung bean soup and iced black tea. Every staff member at the hotel was enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast variety was sufficient for our family. I highly recommend the noodle bar's soup noodles; both the Zha Mian and handmade noodles were delicious. Most importantly, the natural scenery is truly spectacular. Whether it's the lush greenery or the streams and waterfalls of the Hanfei River, it's full of wild charm and a sense of seclusion. Anlan's location is excellent, right in the Nineteen Peaks scenic area. It was very convenient to spend time at the hotel daily and then drive out for excursions. Taking the kids on the mini-train and climbing the Cloud Ladder for panoramic views was a great experience. The Cloud Ladder even has air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The only regret was that our planned stream trekking on the last day was canceled due to heavy rain the night before making the water too turbulent for safety reasons, but we can always go back next time. The kids really enjoyed playing in the kids' club and the infinity pool. The only minor inconvenience with the infinity pool was having to go to the building upstairs to get towels. [The hotel's dinner was also delicious, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that showcased local specialties.

The hotel is very close to Guazhu Lake, just a few minutes' walk away. The receptionist, Yuan Kun, provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-designed; it was very nice, and I'll definitely stay here again! [Thumbs up]

Nestled against a mountain, Shengzhou Hotel boasts expansive grounds. The business building is quite grand and impressive, with new facilities, spotlessly clean rooms, and excellent service! The outdoor parking lot has plenty of spaces, and there's also underground parking beneath Business Buildings 3 and 4 with direct access to the upper floors! It's also conveniently located near many restaurants, easily accessible on foot or by taxi! Overall, it's a great place!

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. The service staff is professional and very nice. Check-in was quick. The hotel breakfast was average, and the wonton was delicious. The disadvantages are as follows. The room was good overall, but some higher places were dusty. In addition, the air conditioner can only blow air and heat, not cool, and it was quite hot in the second half of the night.

The hotel is in a bustling street, parking is convenient, transportation is convenient, the front desk staff is warmly received, and the service is very good. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the disposable slippers, the toothbrush was very thick, and the air conditioning effect was very good. The breakfast buffet is hygienic, rich and delicious, the restaurant aunt is warmly received, and a wonderful stay.

The hair dryer in the hotel is a bit old, and the service is nothing to say. Star-rated hotels are just different. My husband insisted on bringing a cantaloupe when he was on a business trip. He forgot how to eat it. I asked the hotel front desk and immediately arranged for a waiter to come to the room to help us cut the fruit. Thank you both. The service staff (Shen Liying, Wang Junfen) are warm and thoughtful! 👍

The parking lot is large, and the courtyard environment is very nice; a stroll around the lake after dinner is quite pleasant. The front desk and room service are both good; the rooms are spacious and clean, and the red bean soup delivered to the room in the evening was delicious. The breakfast environment is nice, although the variety isn't extensive, but some of the items are quite unique and worth mentioning.

The hotel views are absolutely stunning! Even though it was fully booked during the May Day holiday, it never felt crowded. It was incredibly peaceful. You can go hiking, enjoy the ponds, and savor some tea. They also had a fantastic array of craft activities for kids! The scenery truly exceeded my expectations. The makeup artist was quick and made me look beautiful. The photographer was excellent at guiding poses. Both the post-production and the price were just right! Highly recommend!
