"Having only been open for three months, the hotel's overall operations are still in a 'breaking-in' phase, and I encountered several minor issues during my stay. However, the duty Guest Service Manager, Ms. Tu, handled everything with professional efficiency and expertise. She was quick to respond, provided comprehensive and appropriate solutions, and communicated with patience and attention to detail. She immediately addressed my concerns and effectively resolved all problems.
Manager Tu demonstrated exceptional service awareness and a strong ability to think on her feet, showcasing outstanding professionalism. Even during the new hotel's transitional period, she remained composed, clearly defined responsibilities, and used her professional service to compensate for any shortcomings, significantly enhancing my stay. I would like to extend my sincere praise to Ms. Tu and wish the hotel continued improvement in its operations."

The hotel has a unique, design-forward style, not your typical cookie-cutter guesthouse. Every detail shows thoughtful touches, which perfectly suited someone like me who loves taking photos. Coming back to the hotel in the evening, the bar has a fantastic atmosphere. Grab a drink and listen to some music, and that's when the ancient town's night truly begins. Once you stay here, you won't forget it. Highly recommend!"

"This is worse than the hotel, I don’t know how bad the judgment of the partner is. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevator floor mat is also very dirty. The service is average. At breakfast, there are guests combing their hair and walking around the food area. I really want to run over to stop it. Forget it. It is also a problem of the quality of this person. I don’t have any appetite at all. The actual photos are also very different. Where is this 26-year-old hotel? Hey, the photos of this level of Trip.com are simply cheating and confusing the judgment of consumers. I have lived in so many hotels, I feel very messy, breakfast time, Where the staff chatted with each other, the feeling of noisy was also the first time I met. In a hotel of the same price, it was really the first time I met these wonderful things."

It is very close to Shaoxing North Station and it is very convenient to catch the high-speed rail. The elevator swipes the room card upstairs and feels safe. "Advantages: Cheap, has a projector, smart toilet, and Xiaodu (a smart speaker), overall the hardware is acceptable. Disadvantages: Strong smell, not sure if it's from the recent renovation or something else. Arrived late, the assigned room had no window, no table or chairs, and some furniture had dust on it (somewhat like plaster). The owner was quite nice."
