酒店環境很好，乾淨整潔，服務熱情。

酒店在櫻花村附近，周邊都是茶園，環境非常幽靜，唯一的問題是晚上蚊子好多，要自備防蚊噴霧，晚上坐在院子裏乘涼發呆看星星，非常愜意，還可以再來杯小酒或飲料，很舒服。房間內的環境非常好，床鋪很舒服，洗浴用品很乾凈，是智能馬桶➕戴森的吹風機，空調也很足。餐品的話，説實話味道一般，價格也偏貴，但是畢竟在山裡，採購比較辛苦，也能理解，可以自己開出去到鎮上吃。酒店遊樂項目比較少，組織的活動也比較少，衹適合發發呆，帶孩子的話建議天氣熱來，有個無邊泳池可以玩一玩。

和小夥伴相約到這裏過六一，對於這家酒店，完全闊以用兩個字形容：大愛 酒店周圍被茶山環繞，一大片一大片的綠油油，絕對視覺盛宴，很有宮崎駿式的畫面既視感，空氣非常好，適合大口呼吸 酒店設備齊全，基本能想到的都能實現，感覺家人、朋友聚會、公司團建都闊以 房間佈置也很温馨，寬敞明亮，特別喜歡房間的落地大窗，下次再來估計還是會訂他們家的落地大窗房，哈哈 再來説説服務叭，有個管家羣，我們提的訴求工作人員都會盡力達成，辛苦他們啦，店長小吳也很盡職盡責，還會暖心提醒酒店入住各方面的一些注意事項，貼心❤️ 酒店內的餐食乾淨、味道不錯，足夠支持入住期間對於美食的需求 總的來説，非常棒，下次還會入住，也會安利給小夥伴

The service is really bad, I won't choose it next time. The overall facilities and scenery of the B&B are OK, but the service level is lower than that of B&Bs/hotels of the same price. The content of the telephone communication is inconsistent with the actual situation and there is no solution: 1.1 Situation: - We called in advance to ask whether we can take a hot spring and swim, and were told that we can take a private hot spring and swim in the room. - We and our friends drove an extra hour to the store and were told that not all rooms can take a hot spring. Finally, the guest left disappointed. What I want to say is that your family is not particularly cheap. People have booked 5 rooms in total. It's hard to take care of the children and finally have a rest. Let alone letting them play mahjong for a few hours, it's not too much. Even if the room is opened for them all night, what will it lose if they come to clean up the next day? The answer that the chess and card room should be closed because get off work ends at 11 o'clock is really amazing. I can only say that the rules are well established.
