名宿很乾凈，面對茶園，慢節奏的生活，為了拍櫻花谷特地選的名宿，適合拍照喘息的地方，菜也非常滿意，已推薦朋友，友情提示名宿管家，可以提前跟客户説看櫻花谷可以先到名宿，還我們白白浪費18元一人的車費，36元都可以在你家名宿喝杯咖啡☕了

服務真的不行，下次不會選擇。
民宿整體設施和風景還可以，服務水平低於同價位民宿/酒店的水平。原因如下：
1. 電話溝通內容與實際不符且無解決方案：
1.1 情況：
- 我們提前電話詢問是否可以泡湯以及游泳，被告知房間內可以泡私湯並可以游泳。
- 我們和小夥伴特地額外多開了一個小時車程後到店，告知不是所有房間都可以泡湯。且泳池開放但不能游泳。
- 我們及同性小夥伴當下有些不高興，且表現出來了。
1.2 不滿之處：兩位前台忽視我們的不滿情緒，當下沒有任何錶示不好意思，或者給出其他處理方案。衹矇頭給我們辦入住。
大哥，你不處理問題不代表問題會自己消失啊。
2. 無法根據客户給出貼心服務
偶遇前台處理客户的需求，聽完衹能説“很守規矩，但下次不會再來”
2.1 情況：一位定了5間房的客人想要在10:30小孩休息之後，打一下麻將
- 前台：我們這388元/3小時。
- 客人：能便宜一些嗎
- 前台一共問了兩次老闆，第一次給出打9折，第二次表示便宜100。客人接收了第二種。
- 高潮來了，這時候前台表示因為他們11點下班、所以棋牌室11點就關了。
- 客人：我們10:30哄完小孩睡覺，才自己時間玩一會麻將…
最後客人失望的走了。
想説的是你們家也不算特別便宜、人家一共訂了5間房，好不容易帶完孩子終於能休息一下，先不説送他們打幾個小時麻將都不為過，哪怕那個房間給他們開通宵了，第二天來收拾了又會損失什麼嗎？
11點下班所以棋牌室要關這個回答是真的牛，衹能説規矩立的很好。
綜上：服務與價格不符，祝好。

私湯就是個澡池子，晚上九十點去泡的那個水都不乾淨。早飯樣式很少，去吃的時候都冷了，以前住過的隨便一家都比這的強多了，這個價位真的敢開，不會再去第二次

環境沒得説是非常好，很適合打卡，也很安靜，適合放鬆自己，餐食方面一般，酒店周圍除了一個咖啡館沒有其他可以買的東西、要買其他需要走到鎮上買，位置感覺很偏僻，但是勝在安靜。最後提醒大家要來這裏放鬆休息的話一定要自駕車過來，因為這裏環境很偏僻打不到車的，當時我們準備回去的時候打了很久都打不到車，沒有司機接單😅，走到鎮上也打不到車，後面是找鎮上的人員幫忙帶到動車站的。不過這麼偏僻的地點，酒店沒有來回接送這項服務確實有點不怎麼好。不過總體還是不錯，心情不好有壓力，想要放鬆的話躲到這裏也是挺好的一件事，遠離喧囂。

週五去的 人比較少 可以提前訂餐
房間很寬敞 景色超級好 走到山上就可以看櫻花
駕車路線也很友好 寵物也不少 在山裡奔跑很開心
連住兩天發現樓上還有泳池 下次還會考慮入住

今年春來有點晚，雖然覆卮山的油菜花才開了1/3，雖然櫻花谷和酒店後山的櫻花林還沒有動靜，但架不住酒店本身就很美呀～設計簡約美，屋內科技沒，屋外自然美，等花開的時節再來～
