酒店環境硬件、衞生、服務都很好。自駕旅遊，車庫上來很方便。酒店前台Lily一直保持聯繫解答問題很熱情。這次是端午休閑遊，衹打算住一晚再去杭州逛逛的，後來家人覺得蠻好就再多住了一晚，去周邊的紹興東方山水多玩一天。下次來紹興還是會選擇入住。給了5分，建議有的：恆温泳池旁的熱水池，水是泡腳的温度，太燙了

此行紹興，入住體驗還不錯，房間設施讓我有點驚艷，看到TOTO智能馬桶、JBL藍牙音箱等等設施的時候已經覺得這次來紹興凱世精品酒店是值得的了。另外，本來預訂了山景房，前台服務員Lily免費升級安排的房間面向賽道，很滿意，整個入住過程很便利。唯一的小遺憾，時間匆忙正逢週一AMG體驗館和卡丁車場休息，衹能下次彌補遺憾了。整體來説，下次還會選擇這裏。

住得很滿意，酒店在賽車場內，環境挺好的，聽説是珠寶設計師凱瑟琳的設計作品，室內裝修優雅時尚， 最喜歡隨處可見的寶石元素和賽車元素！！ 入住兩晚，下午前廳工作人員Lily 提前預約好了德式體驗餐，第二天預約了精緻下午茶，很貼心！ 食材蠻新鮮的，能感受到大廚的手藝是真好。推薦推薦！！
