酒店位置不錯，離火車站、地鐵口都很近。酒店前台工作人員服務態度非常好，碰到問題及時溝通幫着解決，值得表揚。房間雖然不大但是很乾凈整潔温馨，水也是放了4瓶非常的人性化，不多見的。

酒店位置還可以，離紹興站近，旁邊就是護城河，離景點也比較近。
酒店像是加盟店，大堂新裝的，漢庭風格。房間比較老舊，設施簡陋，隔音差。
衞生還行吧，早餐很簡單。
服務很一般。

房間比較小 前台服務很好 但是房間衞生一般 早餐也很一般 而且早餐有一個保潔大媽 態度很差很兇 一直坐在椅子上緊盯着每一個在早餐吧取餐的客人 隨時生氣地指出客人的問題 比如沒蓋好粥桶的蓋子之類的 但是也不起身服務 後來聽到他收拾其他客人用餐後的餐桌時 一直生氣抱怨 要麼説剩的餐太多 要麼説弄的桌子臟 服務真的很差

第一天來的時候的前台態度好差，説大床房沒打掃出來，讓我們等，之前住過的漢庭遇到這種情況都是免費給升房型的，這裏就不給升。然後我説麻煩打掃快一點我們想早一點住進去，她就很高傲的説我們昨天滿房了沒打掃出來也沒辦法balabala…反正是我住漢庭以來體驗感最差的一次 房間紙巾也放的很少，床頭都沒抽紙…
