房間大，新裝修的，設施齊全乾凈，免費停車。服務良好。酒店位置離書聖故里及倉橋直街都可步行到達，走累了可以回酒店休息，周邊有很多紹興著名餐館。

工作人員態度很友好，交通很方便，但是酒店管理真的很混亂。
晚上十點辦理入住，被告知房間還沒打掃好，要再等一會。在住客的要求下，給升級到一個已空出的房間，到了房間門口，發現門是開的，房間還未打掃不能入住。再回酒店大堂換房間，發現電梯按鈕是壞的。最後入住房間時，保潔大姐還在收尾打掃工作，忙的滿頭大汗，但是房間地上一眼就看到好多落髮。整體住宿體驗很差。
