一、優點：
1、硬件：房間很大，設施很好（淋浴盆浴雙浴，雙洗手盆，智能馬桶，客房智能燈控，窗簾控制，非常好（該酒店沒有現在流行的智能聲控設施，我個人認為很好，因為我覺得智能聲控是很雞肋的智能設備，能一鍵解決的事情幹嘛要喊一嗓子呢？此外，在牀頭櫃的抽屜裏貼心的放了兩本介紹紹興的旅遊書，很好👍
2、服務：酒店前台、大堂助理、樓層服務員（特別是樓層服務員俞秋萍）服務熱情，有求必應，包括補水、補充衣架、送水果刀………等等，服務特別周到。
3、位置：離景區魯迅故里很近，很方便。紹興的幾個著名景點距離都不是很遠，所以去哪個景區都很方便。特別值得一提的是離塔山公園很近，塔山公園是個適合散步的好去處。這是一塊藏在紹興古城的寶藏地，有不少當地居民都選擇在這裏登高散步。這裏空氣清新，草木繁茂，還有濃厚的歷史人文氣息。
二、缺點
酒店的大堂裏應該排放一些紹興景點的地圖（類似杭州、廈門的酒店都有手繪版的旅遊地圖，很方便），應該像紹興市的文旅部門提出建議。
酒店客房報價裏提供的桑拿浴資我沒有使用，因為身體不適合桑拿，建議應該提供可選服務，比如可以是房間內的果盤或景點門票等可供選擇，對於入住客人來説，體驗更好。
