房間很乾凈也很温馨，孩子玩的挺開心，入住當晚，孩子頑皮，不小心手指割破，聯繫酒店後，立刻安排相關人員陪同前往醫院，一路上劉經理在安撫我們情緒，幸好不嚴重衹是割破，縫了一針，我懸着的心也放下了，事後酒店還特地給我們送來水果，還有門票。當時真的有被感動到，如果下次再來紹興，還是會選該酒店
